North American UFO Federation

Henry McKay (pioneer physical trace UFOlogist) was the Deputy Director of the “North American UFO Federation”, and was on the Board of Directors. Here is documentation of the North American UFO Federation which lists the elected positions (board members, etc..).

The date of this document is not known. The North American UFO Federation was headed by NASA scientist Dr. Richard F. Haines, Ph.D.
