Witness Testimony

The witness submitted the following testimony:

I was 10 years old, I could never sleep when i should have been so I often looked out my window at night. I had my radio playing, low enough that my parents couldn’t hear me downstairs and I just stared out of my window from time to time when I couldn’t find anything on the three channels available on my TV.

It was a summer night when I was sent to bed and as usual I would occasionally look out the window. One night, I saw a triangular shaped aircraft slowly fly from behind the house into the distance.

I watched it fly, slowly, across the sky until I could no longer see it. It had three lights in each corner of the craft as well as one larger light in the center. I never forgot what I saw and that sparked a life-long fascination with UFOs. I was shocked to learn that in the 80s and mid 90s it was one of the most common UFO sightings during that time.

“First two pictures September 19, 2016 was of something I saw for the lack of better words and up disintegrating this is why I thought it was but not sure.

The second picture I sent was on September 1, 2016 eight object in the sky I could not explain and was there for several moments. Video I took and sent to you was on November 7, 2016 between the trees I saw the light that I could not explain and was moving I thought away from me . I zoomed in to try and get it closer I hope the video you can see.

The Analysis

The witness has been quick to respond to additional questions I’ve presented. It was determined that the direction faced was West, which is important having seen the object descend below the tree line in the video. It was estimated (by the witness) that the object appeared about 1.5 kilometers away, but the rate of speed could not be determined.

As always, the goals with this kind of investigation is to determine possible alternative explanations for the evidence being presented, which may or may not always corroborate the witness’ experiences, however, it is not necessarily performed in attempt to discredit the witness.

During the course of the interview, the witness supplied additional photographs:

“Did not make a sound it was approximately 1 1/2 km from us and at that distance I can hear Jets or commercial plane at this distance. I was in the military for four years so I’ve heard planes helicopters other various things in the sky this was not it. I don’t think in good confidence I could tell you the speed of the object. Couldn’t see any form but hear is another pic of same object and you can see a jet and stream above it.”

Multiple photo post-processing enhancement techniques were used in attempt to gain more detail of the object such as:

• Zoom
• Various filters
• Inversion
• Color enhancement
• Brightness
• Contrast
• Sharpen

In addition, the photos were uploaded to Fotoforensics.com where ELA analysis was completed, metadata reviewed, and compression analysis was performed.

All of the photos submitted depict the object brightly illuminated, however, it was difficult to determine any significant structural details with all of the enhancements made. You will notice a shadow effect appearing on some of the sharpened images, however, that shadow does not correlate with the placement of the sun over the horizon and is most likely a result of too much sharpness being applied by the filter as it does not show up in any other image adjustments.

ELA does not suggest any manipulation of the photos, and no evidence was found that these images had been compressed or adjusted in any way. The metadata confirms the witness’s time and date report.

Possible explanations

Airplane – I initially thought this could be a plane, but the fact that the object is moving away from the witness is key. Normally an airplane would have a bright light on the nose of the plane, rather than the tail. No blinking lights were observed, and only the single bright light is seen which doesn’t seem to vary in luminescence value. The lights on a plane would vary in intensity relative to the position of the witness as the plane travels, and you would typically see running lights as well. Given the fact that the object descends to the West relatively close to the witness, and the nearest airport is over 300 miles away in that general direction, it is unlikely this is a plane.

Helicopter – for the same reasons the plane could be ruled out (no running lights), it is feasible that the object could be a helicopter based on appearance alone. A helicopter with a spotlight could produce a similar appearance, however, the details concerning the direction of travel reduce this as a possibility. A spotlight would need to be constantly pointing in the direction of the witness to maintain its luminescence values as well. In addition, the witness claimed the object didn’t make any noise, which would rule out the possibility of a helicopter. I had considered the possibility of a helicopter landing on a helipad of a hospital as well, but it should be noted that the nearest hospital near that direction is St. Mary’s General, which is more North-West than directly West, and is approximately 23 kilometers away.

Drone – There have been some brilliant LCD lights affixed to drones in some reports. Given the close proximity, a drone could not be 100% ruled out, however, they tend to be very noisy as well. It is unclear how much distance the object may have traveled throughout the entire witness experience, but drones typically have a very short range, but some high-end models have a range of up to 7-10 kilometers.

Conclusion

Several details were considered given the object’s appearance, direction of travel and luminescence. The fact that no airports are nearby and the object made no sound, it is reasonable to rule out any known aircraft or drone. The consistent light brightness is also unusual when considering known aircraft.

A search of known flight paths was conducted and none were able to be found with low altitude or within such close proximity of the witness. An additional search for UFO reports in the area during the time of the witness report also yielded no results.

The photos and video also, unfortunately, did not produce much detail of the object itself.

At this time, the nature of the object remains unexplained.

“I was randomly shooting the moon with my Canon SX60HS which can zoom into craters on the moon. I had it on auto, no particular settings other than 3 shot burst.

I did not see the object when I clicked the shutter, it was only later when looking over the images of the day. What I captured I kept to myself, a few friends and family. Posted it to fb twice for some opinions later on.
It was only recently that I decided to throw it out there and get some real ideas on what, who and where this came from.

After conducting a series of thorough photo forensic methods, a number of discrepancies were found in the photographs submitted by the witness.

We list only a few of the examples, though more can be found in the metadata using sophisticated photography software. These examples are sufficient to support our conclusion, and we feel that adding even more additional (and technical) evidence would only assist future digital manipulation of a “UFO” photograph.

Problem #1

The 3-shot burst mode is not indicated in the time stamp nor the metadata which indicates each shot was separated by a few seconds and not fractions of a second as would be the case in burst mode.

It is noted that when the witness was asked about this, they submitted the following, and changed the original submission:

“Yep you are right in that they possibly weren’t the pictures I snapped in the burst, I have always assumed they were as I was going from memory out shooting. They were certainly part of the same group of images which I had shot in the burst, however they may have been just straight shots as well.”

Problem #2

The changing position of the moon in the photographs indicates that the camera was being held or pointed in different directions on a tripod. The witness confirmed in follow-up communications that the camera was being held.

When comparing all three images pixel for pixel, the moon in each image is identical.

With a change of position of the camera, the moon should have slight variations in each photograph. The fact that it does not suggests that the images were digitally modified, copying the same image of the moon into all three photographs.

Problem #3

Camera sensors create a high frequency noise pattern over an entire image.

In this photograph the moon and sky have this pattern, but the dot does not.

The fact that the dot does not have this pattern suggests that it was digitally inserted into the image.

Problem #4

Through investigation, the witness was found on Facebook using only publicly available information. Recent (public) posts include one of his own Photoshop works with a hidden “easter egg” that he inserted, wherein he invites his friends to attempt to find it.

Other posts highlight his Photoshop skills, along with his web  and graphics design career.

It is for this (and other) reasons we decided to strip the name of the “witness” off this report, and post it as Anonymous.

Conclusion

These photographs do not stand up to digital scrutiny and therefore must be labeled fraudulent.

There is additional information which TBV Investigations has left off this report.  We feel the above information is more than enough to support this conclusion, and we do not aim to enhance digital manipulation techniques.

Let me address your points as we go.

TBV Investigations Final Response

In addition to the above statement, the witness submitted a video.  We assume by their description, they did not want it shared publicly, so we respect that and have not published it. However, we are going to respond, and ultimately leave it for all of the readers of this case to decide.

The following is from a third party consultant to TBV Investigations. Their ability for image analysis is highly credible.  We have withheld their identity (unless they give us permission later) to thwart future hoax submissions on who we call upon for help.  Their information below is very detailed, and can speak for itself.  Also, the analyst below did view the video (per the witnesses request to show to our analysts). The time codes referenced are irrelevant since the original response video by the witness is not show, but the analysis is self explanatory.

Regarding his video:
1. At 2:40, he correctly interprets the ELA result as being uniform. However, he draws an incorrect conclusion at 2:40 when he says that a resave would have removed the white noise. The white noise only gets removed if the picture is a low quality. His picture, as I previously noted, does not appear to be low quality.

2. At 5:15, he shows his camera roll.
This does not identify the pictures as being original — only that he has them in the same directory.

There’s also something interesting:
At 5:25, the camera roll shows many moon pictures: 6440-6448, but we only have 6440-6442.
Picture 6444, 6445, 6446, and 6447 were visibly altered:
6444 was cropped to a square (his canon doesn’t do that), recolored to a teal, and strong vignetting was added. 4665 had different color alterations. Similarly, 6446, 6447, and 6448 were all visibly altered. And this is easy to see from the thumbnail images.

This means that the known moon pictures (6440-6442) are sitting in a directory next to other pictures that were definitely altered.

3. At 5:38: Viewing metadata from Windows Properties literally proves nothing. In particular, Windows metadata viewer displays fields that do not exist in the file, and omits fields that do exist. See: http://www.hackerfactor.com/blog/index.php?%2Farchives%2F712-Metadata-Tools-of-the-Trade.html 

By the same means, at 6:35, he claims that the Microsoft property tab for “Previous Versions” says it was never resaved. However, that only applies to using Microsoft to edit pictures and retain revisioning. Again, it literally proves nothing.

4. At 6:55, he zooms in to show no photo manipulation. But again, this proves nothing.

5. At 7:20, he shows that the Microsoft properties for the created and modified dates match his claim and have not been edited. However, this just shows the metadata fields. (And it is my claim that the metadata was replaced.)

Now, let’s compare his counter-argument with my original findings:

Finding #1: Burst mode — alright, he admits he was wrong. We can look past this part.

Finding #2: The pictures show the same moon at the exact same orientation relative to the camera. Yet, the moon’s position changed relative to the camera. So he somehow managed to change the angle of the view of the moon, repositioning the moon in the frame, and still kept the exact same moon orientation.

This is a fun experiment to try at home: Hold the camera and take 3 pictures of a distant object — each 3 seconds apart. Then align the pictures on the object. The orientation should change. A very small object (only a few pixels in the frame) may appear to keep the orientation. A very large object, like the moon taking up 20% of the frame, should change orientation a little. Even though it is only a little different, this should be a visible difference when you overlay the two pictures and view the difference.

Then try the same experiment using a tripod — be sure the move the camera on the tripod a little so the object is not in the same relative location between frames. Again, it will change orientation.

And yet, he someone managed to take 3 pictures that all have the moon with the exact same orientation.

– There is blue sky that exists in 6442 and not 6440 — visible due to aligning the moons.
– The UFO stands out because it doesn’t exist in 6442.
– There’s a tiny fraction of misalignment along one edge of the moon — likely due to scaling.
However, if the moon were rotated even one degree, then we should start seeing that reddish difference edge over most of the moon’s edge and most of the moon’s high-contrast features. We’re just not seeing that.

Even more interesting: Save the difference picture, bring it up in Gimp or Photoshop, and apply a histogram equalization to it. If you apply a histogram equalization to the difference picture, then you can see (1) moon features stand out along JPEG compression differences (expected), and (2) there is a dark swath through the moon that goes through both pictures. That dark swath should be a lighting artifact (like a lens flare), but it is in the same place in both pictures, even though the camera “moved” relative to the moon.

There’s one other thing that bothers me (and makes me chuckle):
In 6440, there is no motion blur. So the object is traveling slower than the shutter speed.
A few seconds later, in 6441, it is gone. So a UFO flew into view, sat still for a photo, and then vanished. In order to vanish, it would have to travel more than half the width of the frame in 3 seconds. Assuming it is far away and not in front of the lens, that would require a very fast speed.

Now, I’m not claiming that a real extra terrestrial UFO couldn’t travel really fast, but this seems like an amazing coincidence that he photographed it at the brief moment that it came to a stop.

Or maybe cloaking? Again — amazing coincidence that he photographed it right at the moment when it was about to put up the cloak.

Of course, if it were a blur from an insect that this close the the camera, then that would explain the really fast relative movement.

Regarding his written comments:

Accepted by MUFON? Good for him. MUFON didn’t contact me about this picture. Had they contacted me, I would have told them the same things I told you.

The witness of this event is an experiencer who has had multiple paranormal events most of his life. A strange occurrence happened February 6, 2014 around 4:50 a.m. He woke up quite early (4:30), retrieved the newspaper from the mailbox, poured a glass of water, and sitting on the edge of the bed began to read the paper. The next conscious memory was waking up at 8:30 or 8:45 feeling disorientated. Shaking and trembling went on for 5-10 minutes.

When he went to the bathroom he noticed that the tee shirt he was wearing was turned inside out and backwards. It was placed in a paper bag and stored in a dark warm closet. He also noted a red v-shaped mark on his scalp. Also his cell phone with camera was on. The 1 minute 2 second video recorded a blackened dark room with neon blue/purple lights at the very end. The sounds, besides the television and his heavy breathing, included ruffling, static, clicks and noises of some kind. He noted there was pink discoloration on the shirt. Some of it appeared to fade over time. The shirt was sent to Kathleen Marden and she noted that it faded even more. Also, there was no fluorescence under UV light.

There are two objectives. The first is to look for any anomalous substances on the tee shirt which can be related to an alien experience. The second is to compare these results to those reported in the analysis of the dress worn by Betty Hill during her abduction.

Following is Kathleen Marden’s report of the T-shirt history.

“I asked him if the shirt had been bleached and he replied that it had not been. He stated that the shirt had definitely changed color and was not pinkish prior to the event on 2-6. I asked him to take photos of the shirt and gave him instructions on how to mail it to me in the paper bag. I worried that the evidence might be lost if the package was lost in the mail, so I asked him to cut a 2” swatch from the pink discolored portion of the shirt and a 2” swatch from the tan part of the shirt and retain them at his home. He mailed the shirt to me inside the paper bag that he had placed in a large, padded plastic post office mail bag. It was probably exposed to the cold during transport.

3-13-2014: I received the tee shirt in the mail. I removed it from the bag and laid it out on the paper bag that I placed on a towel. I noticed faint pink discoloration on the front shoulder areas and near the emblem on the shirt front, and two short lines of intense pink discoloration on the sleeve. I had anticipated seeing more discoloration than I observed, as the photos I’d received showed a definite pink discoloration. I turned the shirt inside out and inspected it. Pink staining was visible near the shoulders, on the sleeves and on the lower part of the shirt.

I wrote an inquiry to the witness and he replied as follows: “As I mentioned, when I took pictures it really stood out. I put it back in the bag and when I pulled it out again it didn’t seem as stained as before. The pictures were normal, untouched photos. Try taking some pictures and the areas should come out on film. When I took it out of the bag after 2 weeks it was visible almost everywhere, I took my photos right then and there.” (*I decided not to take photos of the pink stains, as I feared that the flash might destroy whatever evidence might be on the shirt.)

3-20-2014: I inspected the shirt again, before I mailed it to the chemist, and the pink discoloration seems to have faded even more. It did not fluoresce under a UV light. I mailed it to analytical chemist Phyllis Budinger in hopes that some of the pink substance has remained on the shirt.”

When the tee shirt arrived at Frontier Analysis very faint indications of pink remained. Over time, ‘almost’ all the tee shirt restored to its original color. Photographs were taken of the shirt, and it was secured in a resealable plastic bag for several days. A trace of gray material seemed to deposit on the bag. On opening the bag it quickly disappeared/evaporated. Therefore, no testing could be done on it. It was most likely moisture, because it was cooler when the shirt was sealed, and then placed into a warmer environment.

Conclusions

No physical substance could be identified as the cause of the fading/staining on the tee shirt. If a physical substance is the cause, it is either below the detection limits of the testing (trace amounts) or not there at all. It could have dissipated. Another cause may be exposure to some sort of a high energy source. Perhaps the source effected ionization to a higher energy state, on returning to a lower state over a period of time most of the original color of the tee shirt was restored. It was noted a cell phone, which happened to be on during the experience, recorded neon blue/purple lights at the very end of the recording.

The tee shirt is made of cotton. Mostly respiration products, such as perspiration (urea derivatives, acid salt) and skin oil (glycerol fatty acids) are on the shirt. There are indications of detergent residue (carboxylic acid salts, sulfate). Trace amounts of contaminants, such as paraffinic oil and a possible food crumb (particle comprised of protein, carbohydrate plus other components) are also present.

It was noted the respiratory products are more prevalent on the inside of the tee shirt. And, there were more on the inside back than the inside front. It is known that the witness found he was wearing the tee shirt inside out with the back in front of him when he regained consciousness. This suggests that major perspiration occurred prior to when the tee shirt was removed, i.e. in the beginning of the event.

There is no connection to the cause of the staining between the tee shirt and the Betty Hill dress. Something different happened to the tee shirt. Following is a table comparing various features of the tee shirt and the dress.

• Finally, this report really presents on-going research that should be built on in future testing of experiencer clothing. Future testing can be related back to the findings of this report.

A mutilated six year old Charolais bull was discovered 10-16-2000 near Derwent Alberta (south of St. Paul). He was facing east and lay on his right side. Excisions included the following: left ear; tongue; rectum, oval shape incision on the stomach (flesh untouched); scrotum with penis out between his hind legs; two teats. Several small willow branches had what appears as blood on them.

The blood-like residue on the branches was submitted for identification. Of specific interest is whether the residue is pure hemoglobin, which has been identified in two other mutilation events.

Conclusions

I am a grain farmer that was spraying a lentil crop for disease protection on the morning of July 1st 2016.

I noticed a neighbor spraying about 1 mile east-northeast of me. I was very concerned that the glyphosate which I knew he was spraying would drift onto another lentil field of mine causing severe damage.

I stopped my sprayer and used my galaxy cellphone to take a picture of him spraying just to have something to prove he was in the field that day.

Knowing that his sprayer may not show up too well in the photo I decided to take several pictures, probably all within a 10 – 15 second time frame, hoping at least 1 of them would turn out as desired.

When checking these photos I noticed only 1 of these photos had a strange object in the sky which appeared to have a very interesting shape.

I never noticed this object while taking the pictures. I can send you the other 6 pictures which show absolutely nothing in the sky, if you need them.

The pictures were taken through the side window of my sprayer, but I am convinced this object is not a result of anything on the glass in front of me.

The following is a transcript from an audio cassette recording of Henry McKay, around the 13 minute mark.

This would have been at either one of his lectures or his course.

The cassette is simply labelled as “UFO Talk H.H.M”. Date unknown. From the files of the Henry McKay UFO Archives.

NOTE: A few words are indiscernible, which have been marked with “????”.:

“In 1914, in a little community north of Lindsay, Ontario there was a munitions factory that was subjected to an intense light hovering over the area, over the village, causing concern to the people who were working in this munitions factory. They assumed it was some sort of German military aircraft ready to bomb them.

The foreman of the plant ???? the lights in the plant and fired at this light source driving it away. Only momentarily because apparently it came back.

This was reported in the Lindsay paper, many many years ago.”

Description (In Witness’s Own Words):  The sighting occurred near Cedar Point, Ontario, Canada. I was flying my Citabria airplane at 3500 ft. ASL. The dull silver saucer shaped UFO was first sited over Christian Island as I was banking my aircraft to the right on a level turn. I opened my left side window to watch as the UFO passed approximately 500 ft. underneath my plane. I then banked the plane to the left so that I would not lose sight of it.

The UFO continued on a straight and level path, and although I was going 110 m.p,h. the UFO’s speed was such that there was no way I could catch up to it. If I had to approximate it’s speed, I would guess at 400-600 m.p.h. As for the size of the UFO, I can’t really say, since there was nothing that I could compare it to. If I had to guess, I would say about 30 to 50 feet in diameter. It happened so quickly, but I did get a very good look at it.

There were no windows or any markings on the UFO. The color was a dull silver, almost a grey color. I usually always carry a camera in my side pouch, but this time, it was in a bag behind the rear passenger seat. If I had a passenger with me at that time, I would have been able to get a very good picture with my 35mm camera!

Now when I go flying, I always make sure that I have at least two cameras with me at all times.

Addition Information About Airplane Pilot Was Flying: The aircraft was manufactured by Champion Aircraft CO. in the USA.  The model is a Citabria 7ECA.

Investigator’s Notes: This is an example of a credible witness reporting an incredible sighting.  The witness did not report this sighting previously because he was afraid of ridicule. 

He got a good look at the craft as it approached close to his aircraft.  The sighting occurred near the middle of a bright sunny day.

I believe I read something on the site one time about collecting sighting reports.

Well I had one recently and it was a dandy, so I’m going to pass it along to you.

I reported this (left a message on their answering machine) to some local observatory that was supposed to be interested in reports of such things but they never got back to me.

5 days ago on the morning of May 20 2015 I saw a HUGE unidentified object up in the morning sky here in Thunder Bay, Ontario (Canada). (point zero on Lake Superior)

I was sitting here at my computer at about 4:50 a.m. and I was replying to an e-mail a friend had sent me. My bedroom window was open and I could hear what I believed to be an airplane flying overhead. We get this a lot (all sorts of air traffic at all hours of the day and night) and I’m used to these sounds.

I’ve seen about every type of aircraft, blimp, stunt parachutists, and you name it that exists at one time or other. Even some very up close views of water bombers fighting a brush fire on the nearby Expressway. One time a friend and I even saw a Russian MIG fighter flying in low under the 200 mile radar limit.

I was about ready to head off to bed and had just pulled down my blinds. So while I could hear the object I couldn’t see anything out the window here at the time. Often times a plane will fly over and I will see it’s lights as I’m sitting here typing at night or in the early morning. Those are usually fairly low flying aircraft on their way to land at the airport across town on the south side. Not a big deal really.

I live on Theresa Street, which is on the north side of the city. Well away from the local airport, but from what I’m told in a very “busy air corridor” as they call it. Theresa street is close to the Expressway, so often times we can hear traffic when it’s quiet at night as well.

In any case, something was flying overhead. Normally things which sound like this did – a low but pretty loud rumbling sound – are up VERY high in the atmosphere (thousands of feet) where you would never see them. This one seemed to be taking forever to pass overhead, so I got really curious and thought “WTF” is going on here.

After saying something like “pass over head all fucking ready” out loud as I typed, I got so curious that I wondered if there were a fleet of cargo planes or some big military operation going on or something, so I decided to go look out the window in the kitchen on the opposite side of the house. I figured by the time I’d get the blind up it would be towards the front of the house, so I headed to the kitchen for a look to the south. I figured that whatever it was would be so high up that I’d never see it anyway.

I was wrong.

As I looked out the kitchen window I saw a huge object – which could be described as cigar shaped. It seemed to be grey in colour and HUGE. Really huge. It was flying very low in the sky. No more than 100 feet or so high I’d estimate. IF THAT. Much too low for most aircraft I’m familiar with to be flying. It was just above the roof tops and tree lines. As the object continued to move on a north to south course, moving slightly to the west at times I could see a series of lights on the back of the object.

Not on the bottom, like so many sightings you hear about of saucer shaped discs. This object was long, grey, and at the back it had 2 sets of red lights. Each a semi-circle of about 12 to 15 lights. One a semi-circle like an upside down U shape and the other a semi-circle like a letter U. They formed a circle – almost – there was a slight gap – but there were about 30 red lights in all and perhaps one blue or green light to the left side – outside the ring of lights.

I’m thinking the object was some type of secret military craft, but so far I’ve heard nothing about anyone else sighting anything like this around here of late.

I saw it out the window at about 5 minutes to 5 am (heard it a bit earlier) and watched it for about 5 minutes before it was out of sight – mainly due to trees and a large building nearby about a block away that blocks our view to the south.

In the distance as it was about where some trees are some blocks (3 maybe?) away from here. I could put my hands up to the window and if I put my two thumbs together and my two middle fingers together to form a circle (about the size of a LARGE naval orange) – that’s how big the circle of red lights was at that distance. Quite big.

In fact I did so while it was there just to get some measure of the size of the object.

I was looking for UFO images online one day and I found this, see inserted image below…

This is sort of what it looked like. I don’t know if it was as big as this image and I didn’t see any markings, doors, gun ports, antenna or saucers flying out of it, but the back of what I saw looked similar to this object. The dots on the rear of this object are similar to how the lights were on the back of what I saw – except they were all red.

I wish I’d thought to grab a camera (I have a cheap crappy one that can take video – the quality would not have been much at all – but it picks up light pretty good) but I wasn’t really expecting to see anything, let alone circles of red lights and huge oblong grey aircraft of some type.

Unfortunately I don’t even keep batteries in the camera in case of something like this happening because the batteries tend to die in it even when not in use and it takes expensive alkaline batteries and normal batteries don’t provide it with enough juice to power up. Major power pig for such a useless cheap sucky camera…

I saw what I did and I’m not afraid of debunkers or mockers etc….  I don’t see things that are not there and I didn’t see Venus, swamp gas, a weather balloon, ball lightning, The Northern Lights, or anything of that nature.

Description (In Witness’s Own Words):  The sighting occurred near Cedar Point, Ontario, Canada. I was flying my Citabria airplane at 3500 ft. ASL. The dull silver saucer shaped UFO was first sited over Christian Island as I was banking my aircraft to the right on a level turn. I opened my left side window to watch as the UFO passed approximately 500 ft. underneath my plane. I then banked the plane to the left so that I would not lose sight of it. The UFO continued on a straight and level path, and although I was going 110 m.p,h. the UFO’s speed was such that there was no way I could catch up to it. If I had to approximate it’s speed, I would guess at 400-600 m.p.h. As for the size of the UFO, I can’t really say, since there was nothing that I could compare it to. Today on Sunday,Oct.21,2007, was a great late Indian Summer day [Sunny -75 degree F ]. I went out to see a friend in Brampton, Ontario regarding Ufology and its connection to Experiencers. I noticed coming across the Hwy 401, heading west, at Kennedy Road. That’s to the north of the 401, a white trail line in the sky — 9:20 am. Probably leftovers from a jet’s trail 10-20000 ft.

I then noticed many flashes of white blue light in the sky around it. As I was driving, I snapped a few pictures from above the sunroof opening-facing west.My jaw dropped in viewing from the image [# 81] of dual white spheres with a trail, caught on film. These were NOT seen with the naked eye…

Remember the Whitby pictures that were lost and that were quite good- surprised timely, corrupted camera card? Appears, that I’m capturing better and closer pictures to confirm my update here BJ. I’m of course speculating, that allowances are being made for continued photographic evidence. Signs of contact are being more permitted in allowance in further photographic evidence of their presence here. I really don’t know how else to explain these observations that are escalating here. Maybe a lifetime summary in observations happening here, in random sample of our planet.
