Witness Testimony

I have been meaning to post my UFO sighting here for a while but never got around to it. I have attached a image that I just put together in Photoshop, it represents the underneath part of the craft that I saw. This thing was right above me, I could have thrown a stone at it and hit it. I did put together a similar image a few years ago but sadly I lost it, it was a much better version than the one I attached. This object was glowing intensely and the light from the craft was spinning around the black spot so fast that it didn’t look like it was spinning at all if that makes sense?

It was like a black hole or vortex,best way I can describe it. Also the light was contained and what I mean is that my vision did not get distorted when looking directly at the orange and white light. Not like when you look at the sun or a light bulb that is shining. Also it was dark outside and the craft did not light up its surroundings like the ground or nearby tree. This craft was in line with the roof of my house as it slowly glided along and lowered itself to where I could now see the top and side of the object.

The top and side was pure white light, no orange light accept for little bits of orange light flickering up the sides from the underneath part. Still I could see no physical part to it but on the side of the craft were two little red lights flashing back and forth from within the white glowing light. The craft eventually glided slowly past my house and then it made a sharp left hand turn, glided across the valley and up over the hillside across the valley from me. It then disappeared into the clouds above that hillside and I lost sight of it.

This all happened in 2008 in the early hours and was still dark outside. The Photoshop image does not do my sighting justice nor does description. It was an amazing life changing experience!

Background

The following case, with photos from various dates, was submitted to TBV Investigations on January 8, 2019. It was assigned to TBV Investigations’ researcher Michael Glenn for analysis.

Witness Testimony

The witness submitted the following testimony:

“I usually just take photos of the sky and magnify each of them later to see if I’ve got anything. Here are some photos I’ve taken over the last few months. They would be of better quality but this phone is old. Samsung galaxy mini lll. My apologies. Roland”

I first examined the photos that were included with an intention to scout the map for airports, or bases that could explain the anomalies. Upon examining image 1 I saw the object in question. I note a blurring around its edges. It is vertically oriented, and near the edge of the frame. When I examined image 2, the source of that blurring becomes apparent. The object is a flying insect whose wings can be seen beating in the image. The blurring is consistent with forward and backward flight characteristic of an insect wing. Images 3 and 4 merely show more of the same kind of insects.

Conclusion

After analysis, these photographs likely show misidentified insects in the camera view.

Background

This case was submitted to The Black Vault / TBV Investigations on December 19, 2017. It was assigned to investigator Paul Wright for analysis.

Witness Testimony

I saw an object as high above the planes as they were above me. It was shaped like a bright red jelly bean. Gently rocking from side to side. It took off slowly upright leaving a bright spiral / corkscrew tail. Then suddenly shot off at an angle, again leaving a red trail and disappeared.

The Analysis

With the lack of video or photo evidence, I will attempt to identify what the witnesses observed based on the following facts along with witness statements. I created a visual representation based on the witness’ testimony:

Researching Stellarium for known celestial objects on 06-10-2011 @ 9:30 pm revealed multiple celestial objects in the sky, however it would be difficult to speculate what was visible by eye at that time due to the weather and other atmospheric conditions during the sighting.

Conclusion

Based on the witness description and lack of sufficient evidence I am unable to make a solid conclusion. As the sighting took place in 2011, historical weather and satellite tracking are not readily available for the location and year.

The UFO seems to be shaped like a car with 2 protrusions at the front of it. It seems to have a protrusion at the back with something dangling down from it.

It seems to have a blue panel at the upper back. At first we thought it was a balloon however it clearly seems to be a solid object with edges to it which is something balloons do not have and also, it could not have been a kite as it was not a particularly windy day and also we saw it flying in a controlled fashion and it seems to remain horizontal.

Also, it does not seem to be a drone due to the shape and also no rotas are visible.

The British Earth and Aerial Mysteries Society posted the following description and background for the video:

This rare footage was captured from a National Police Air Service helicopter’s FLIR camera by the pilot; however, the clip that you see here may have been copied from a screen rather than being the original recording, which obviously, the Police would be reluctant to release to the public.

For those who do not know, the FLIR is a thermographic camera that senses infrared radiation.

It has been reported that this UFO had heat, and travelled into the wind at a 1000 ft.

The pilot’s comments were that the object wasn’t visible in daytime mode, only in the camera’s infrared mode.

The clip was shared online by NPAS St Athan, the National Police Air Service based in South Wales.

They explained to their Twitter followers that the footage, which says it was 8.30pm, was actually taken about 9.30pm when it was pitch dark.

The filming was set to ‘black hot’, which means there is heat coming off the craft.

“Really difficult to judge the size but we filmed it for just over seven minutes as we were coming back into land,” they add.

Commenters have asked if it was a balloon or lantern, but the pilot believes it wasn’t.

Friends think it may be a bird but we are not 100% convinced.

The camera is indeed a digital camera and I am told it is an Olympus c-150 2.0 mega pixels .

Marvin Gaye impersonator spots UFO over Birmingham

Mike Bedward has heard it through the grapevine that extraterrestrials are drawn to spectacular sky scenes, such as dazzling sunrises and this double rainbow.

What’s Going On? It’s more UFMotown than UFO – a fleet of strange craft spotted in the sky over Birmingham by a Marvin Gaye tribute act.

The Stechford singer didn’t know what he’d inadvertently caught on camera until he studied pictures of the rainbows. It Takes Two, apparently, to attract aliens.

The 44-year-old was intrigued by shrapnel-type flecks against the rainbow, snapped at 6.30pm on Monday.

Zooming in on the images revealed the shining slivers to be cigar-shaped crafts in the blue sky over Alum Rock.

He also captured a strange vapour trail.

Mike said: “I was trying to take a picture of the rainbow – it was only later that I noticed the shapes.

“I’m not saying they are UFOs, although, yes, I’m a believer. I’m saying I can’t explain what I’ve pictured, and neither can other people.

“The crafts are rectangular and glow like strip lights. I’ve seen strange things in the sky before. This is the first time I’ve had a camera with me.”

He added: “I believe UFOs are attracted to beautiful things like rainbows.”

It’s not the first time Alum Rock has been in the grip of a Close Encounter.

On November 3, 2010, the authorities were contacted following reports of a large black object moving slowly across the sky.

Witness Paul Ryan, who spotted the craft at 7pm, reported: “It was a very large object which i could tell by the sets of lights in the three corners.

“In each corner there were many different coloured flashing lights, very bright and changing colours very quickly. The object appeared to be flying very low and very slow. It was also completely silent.”

“I continued to watch for a couple of minutes, thinking that the object might reappear further along, in a south east direction, but it had vanished into the small low flying cloud and didn’t reappear.”

Birmingham UFO Group believe there’s a decidedly earthy, even mundane, explanation for Monday’s strange phenomenon.

And chairman Dave Hodrien has been quick to point out to our Marvin Gaye impersonator: “It ain’t nothin’ like the real thing”.

“It’s very rare,” said Dave, “that we see a picture and think, ‘wow’. It’s very rare we see something that can’t be explained.

“In this instance the probable explanation is lens flare, a scattering of light in the lens system.

“It has nothing to do with the rainbow. It’s caused by sunlight.”

In the news report below, the anchorwoman on British Forces News asks expert Nick Pope if the threat is real or if the video is faked. The answer is vague. Much like the response of the MOD to queries from the public as to whether or not there is a threat to the nation by aliens or, perhaps, by sophisticated terrorists attempting to instill fear.

The original video, which has gone viral, is shown during the interview, and it’s hard to draw any solid conclusions.

The fighter jets, gliding over the skies of Birmingham, look and sound real enough. But the UFO hovers in place and appears to be of the classic saucer variety, without any bright, multi-colored lights or discernible rotation.

It certainly looks like a solid object, but such video trickery is well within the reach of the average video hobbyist, as well as the professional. Curiously, the fighter jets never appear in the same frame with the object, in this video, at least.

That hasn’t stopped true believers from piling on, labeling it genuine and demanding an official response from the British government. Is the UK under attack? If not, why be silent over the video’s authenticity?

Hi, The relevant video is (contrary to the title shown on the video embedded on the Gather.com webpage at the link given above) not new. In fact, it is simply a relabelled copy of a video that I spend a rainy Saturday afternoon in 2010 proving (beyond a shadow of a doubt) was a hoax. I pointed out a few relevant facts, including showing that one of the rather boxy/fake looking trucks on the video had a serial number on its side which is actually the same serial number shown on a 3D model of an identical looking truck being sold online. Oh, it may also be worth mentioning that my posts at that link ended with an admission of the hoax by the person that uploaded the video to Youtube. It seems a bit of a shame (though not very surprising…) that those posts had little impact, judging from the fact the video is doing the rounds again. This picture was taken by 16-year-old Nassim Ahmed at around 8pm on Sunday evening. It appears to show a strange octagonal object jutting into the picture in the top right corner.

Nassim said: “At around 8pm today before prayer at mosque I was looking into the sky and I took pictures because it looked beautiful.

“As soon as I reached home I looked through the pictures and noticed that on one of the photos, in the top right hand corner, an octagonal object was there and it had very straight sides and light coming off it.

“The photo was not edited whatsoever and was taken during sunset. The thing in the sky looks like a UFO or something freaky. Everyone I’ve sent it to believes it’s a UFO.”
