The following was submitted by the witness. The description was very minimal. It is here unedited:

“This thing or object makes a U-Turn in the Sky, then descents thru the clouds!”

A video was submitted showing several objects swirling around an exterior security camera.

The witness stated in their original submission, “This thing or object makes a U-Turn in the Sky, then descents thru the clouds!”

This can be inferred from the video, but is more speculation than what the video shows. The object appears to rise, than come back down. Not enough contrast in the video makes it impossible to discern the nature of the object. The witness was contacted and asked for additional footage of the same camera views during daylight to determine what structures are in that direction.

To date, there has been no response or communication from the witness, and the object remains unidentified, but lacks sufficient evidence or any follow up from the witness.

Conclusion

As seen in the video, the object is little more than a white dot that rises, and makes a turn in the sky.

In still 6 the object seems to appear again at the bottom of the frame, at the very end of the video.

The quality of the video has been enhanced as much as possible, but the terrain, the object, and the sky cannot be discerned definitively. At this time the object is not identifiable, but likely not anything out of the ordinary, until further evidence (or testimony) is presented.

“I thought this was a plane but it appears to hit something in the air and kept on flying as if nothing happen!”

The Evidence

Video was run through Adobe Premiere to enlarge the object, and run filters.

Adjusted with INVERT and noticed a shadowy shape in front of and behind the object at 0:16:20 and :21, Object appears solid.

Adjusted with AUTO CONTRAST, adjusting the levels to Black Clip, 10%, and White clip .99%.

Found a lip, such as a roof soffit or gutter in the foreground which the unknown passes IN FRONT OF.

There are also artifacts at 0.:17:14 when the object is supposed to “disappear.”

Conclusion

Preliminary conclusion is that this is a water droplet, or snowflake, as it does appear to be snowing, which is passing over the lens of the camera.

The artifact is likely where the droplet crosses across oil or dirt on the lens.

Another indicator it is likely water is the shape changing of the blob frame by frame. The most likely conclusion is that the object is moisture on the lens of the camera.

The following case was submitted to The Black Vault / TBV Investigation on January 25, 2018, the day after the sighting occurred. The case was assigned to TBV Investigations’ researcher Michael Andrew McLimans for analysis. 

Witness Testimony

“I was on my way to work, I was traveling east on rt 5 just entering Scotia, I saw at least 3 red lights atop one another in the sky, i thought maybe a satellite, but i thought it was too close, I pulled over to try to get it on my cell phone, because it was moving away and dark my phone didn’t really capture the image. I got back in my car and about 20 seconds further down the road I saw something light up in the sky. It looked like a big scoreboard all lit up and moving towards me. I pulled over and started to get a video. The size was big and lights all over, the shape was something I’ve never seen before. It glided right past me!!!! No noise from the craft at all. The design of it has me at a loss for words and I’m anxious to know what the hell was it! No military or airplane that is for sure! I reviewed my video and I believe because of the lights it doesn’t show what I exactly saw but I do have video. I’m trying to draw what I saw. I really need to speak to someone who can help me get a grip on this and go further into detail about this ship that I saw. I know it was below radar because it was that close! When I watch the video I hear strange sounds that I don’t know what made them. The only sound made was a few cars passing by and at time of sighting i did not hear anything at all.”

I spoke with the witness multiple times via phone, text, and email. I’ve analyzed the video at slower speeds and frame by frame. There are 4 objects visible in the video. The moon, an aircraft identifiable by its flashing/blinking navigation/collision lights, a tree in the right side of the video, and what I suspect to be lights from a home, or building in the distance of bottom of video.

This was later confirmed after receiving a daytime photo of the sighting location. The noise in the video not audible to the witness while shooting is most likely interference from the high voltage power lines seen in the daytime photo producing EMFs, Electro-magnetic frequencies.

The object in her sketch doesn’t resemble anything I’m familiar with, nor any typically reported object I’m aware of.

Conclusion

I found the witness to be a very credible witness with knowledge of typical civilian and military aircraft.  When only taking the video into consideration, it is very likely the object is an aircraft, or a drone, as the blinking lights, and the colors of them (seemingly alternating white and red) are indicative of an aircraft or drone.  However, her testimony and firsthand account of the object’s description, coupled with her knowledge about civilian and military aircraft, adds a different element to the case. 

Although her video does not contain evidence of the object she describes or sketches, I believe that she saw something she couldn’t identify.

Therefore, I feel I will label this case unexplained, with the caveat that it does lack sufficient evidence (a stabilized video with more detail) to properly identify the object, or to confirm it is truly an “unknown.” 

The witness stated additional, uncompressed videos, are being sent. To date, they have not been received.

Background

On March 22^nd, 2018 around 10:30 PM in Tully, NY an object was witnessed in the sky above the cemetery next to Doody’s Garage.  It was submitted to The Black Vault / TBV Investigations the same evening by the witness.

The case was assigned to TBV Investigations’ researcher Michael Kelly. 

Witness Testimony

“I was driving down the street, I was heading in to work, as I was driving I saw a white light go across the windshield in the sky, and did an “S” maneuver, then disappeared. It’s currently winter in Tully, it was not a plane or a helicopter, and it was not a firework or a flare. I pulled over and scanned the sky but saw nothing other than stars. We were probably about 1/4 mile from the light, we had our windows up so we didn’t hear anything and we saw no structure behind the light. The light was circular, no change other than when it disappeared, my buddy who was driving with me saw it too. There was no one else around, and I’ve never heard of stories or rumors of the area.”

The Analysis

This object displayed unusual flight patterns, doing an “S” maneuver and disappearing, which suggests that it was not a normal aircraft. The witness did not think it was a plane or helicopter, so based on his own observation this would be classified as unidentified.

It is possible that the object was further away than originally thought, and if that were the case, this may have been a traditional aircraft of some kind. There are three airports within 10 miles of Tully, so the pedestrian explanation for this observation is that this object was merely a craft operating out of one of these airports.

It should also be noted that there is a Hang Gliding Launch less than 5 miles from Tully.

Conclusion

There is not enough data to make a definitive conclusion about this case. The fact that the observer did not think this object was identifiable should be taken seriously. If one were to lean toward a skeptical explanation, the most likely account is that the observer witnessed a hang glider. This would account for the lack of sound, the bizarre “S” shaped maneuver (caused by high winds?), and the unusual lighting.

On December 19, 2017, Ronald Male submitted the following UFO sighting to The Black Vault / TBV Investigations, which he witnessed from his driveway in Cazenovia, New York. The event occurred on July 19, 2006 at 10:30am:

I brought my breakfast (bowl of cereal) outdoors to eat while sitting in my spring chair to be in the sun in the driveway on a very nice morning. As usual, the chair took a moment to stabilize, and when it stopped the back and forth rocking motion I was able to eat without a problem. As I leaned back slightly my eyes were able to notice an object in the sky that did not look normal. There was no sound, no evidence of flight control surfaces, and after a few seconds it seemed to linger in place. But it was actually slowely moving due east in the direction of Cazenovia Lake, which was half mile from my driveway. Its movement was regular…..no stops or starts……and appeared to be shaped round like a saucer with a shiny metalic surface. As the object transitioned from about 45° arc from the horizon to almost directly overhead, it was appearant that it did not rotate on its own axis, but the sun reflected off its surface in such a way that I could see the “skin” of the craft which looked to be paneled as individual panels reflected light in sequence as it slowely moved. Its size was hard to interupt since the blue sky offered no reference points, but from where I sat my best estimate was it was the size as a tennis ball held at arms length.

I was considering getting my digital camera, but then I might loose sight of it should it make a move.

As it reached a point over my head it suddenly went straight up so fast that there was little or no shrinking perspective that is evident when an aircraft, for instance, flies away and its appearant size gets smaller with distance traveled. That final sudden and unexpected disappearance was not associated with any noise, flash of light, or any other indication …..it simply disappeared. There were no other witnesses and the entire observation lasted for 4 or 5 minutes.

The Analysis

Aspects of this sighting fit classic UFO reports: disc shaped object, no sound, metallic surface with no flight control surfaces, almost instantaneous departure, etc. There have been sightings from the Cazenovia, NY area reported on other UFO sites, but none that match this description. The size of the object is difficult to determine without knowing the altitude.

It is possible that this aircraft is connected to Deer Run Airfield about 5 miles from site of the observation.

Conclusion

Without further information it is difficult to determine what was seen in the sky on this day. A pedestrian explanation is that this was merely an unusual aircraft operating out of the Deer Run Airfield at 4051 Argos Rd, Cazenovia, NY, 13035, which is a little over 5 miles from the driveway of the witness. This case should remain open without further evidence.

We rented a pontoon boat from Anglers Bay Cottages, Oneida Lake, New York.

We left dock before sunrise. We headed down the lake destined for our fishing spots closer to west end of the lake.

As the sun was rising we all began to capture some beautiful pics! The first picture I actually used on my Facebook wallpaper…. in this picture far left edge of the pic you will see the object I’m reporting.. it is only a part of a “UFO” …. I wish of course more of it were captured but it’s all I got. The next pic is a zoomed in “only” cutout of the object.

The background as stated by the witness follows:

“I was in bed, all of a sudden my bedroom lite up like a major size spot lite. I put my hand in front of my eyes to block the lite, a few seconds later it vanished. No noise. I didn’t pay much attention to this until a few days later, outside of my house, I have a beautiful tree and the grass is fine, my shrubs are fine, but the soil around the tree is very dry, and every leaf on the tree is burnt to a crisp, not one branch is broken. No burn marks. The tree is perfectly shaped, but every single leaf is burnt. I pick up a leaf and crush it in my hand to dust.”

Leaves, grass and bark samples were submitted to determine whether there are any anomalies that may be related to the event.

Conclusions

• The leaf samples from both samplings (#1 leaves from top of the tree, #2 leaves from backside of tree) visually and spectroscopically show with no unusual anomalies. Clearly there is no evidence for heat exposure. Detected are typical cellulose and natural ester. Also, there is same protein material which may be from mold or fungus. There appears to be more mold or fungal material on the leaves from the top of the tree, compared to those from the backside.
• Dead insect remains were found on the #1 leaves from the top of the tree. These included two exoskeletons from apparent ladybugs which adhered to the leaves. There was also a more intact bee or fly which fell out of the leaves. It is unknown if these insects were a result of the unusual light event, or dead before the event. It is known that internal parasitic fungi attack of the ladybugs could result in leaving the ladybugs exoskeleton along with securing it to the leaf.2 I would recommend that an entomologist examine the insects.
• Typical insect web material was found on a #2 leaf from the tree backside. The web looked normal.
• Grass from both samplings (#3 grass sample taken from the area below #1, #4 Grass sample taken from the area below #2) also appear normal. Typical cellulose and natural ester were detected, along with mold or fungal material.
• The bark contains typical cellulose and lignin material. Mold or fungal material is detected on the exterior of the sample. None is present in the interior.
• Based on the above conclusions, one highly probable speculation offered is that the tree may have been subjected to a fungal attack. Maples in the New England area have been noted to suffer this fate recently. See selected websites discussing maple tree blights.3 It is possible the fungal attack was in process before the event and only noticed a few days after. It would be wise to more accurately pin down a more precise timing between the noted good health of the tree versus the time the brown dead leaves were observed. If the time between the observation of live healthy green leaves to dead brown leaves was only a few days (two?), as indicated by the witness, then perhaps the light event may have been the cause.

Aaron Rodgers Has an Incredibly Detailed Story About the Time He Saw a UFO

Green Bay Packers star Aaron Rodgers has undoubtedly been through plenty of wild experiences as an NFL quarterback, but he will never forget about an unusual moment he and his buddies experienced just before he entered the league. 

While some people may not take much stock in UFO (unidentified flying object) sightings, Rodgers swears he saw one. And he can detail the experience so well that you will buy the story, even if you normally roll your eyes at the mention of UFOs.

During his appearance on Pete Holmes’ You Made It Weird (warning: audio contains NSFW language) podcast this week, Rodgers shared the story of the time he was on the East Coast for a predraft interview back in 2005. While he was in the New York-New Jersey area, the quarterback and his buddies heard a siren outside. When they looked to see what was up, they were stunned.

Here’s how Rodgers explained the amazing sighting in the podcast, via Dan Hanzus of NFL.com:

It was a large orange, left-to-right-moving object. Because of the overcast nature of the night and the snow, you couldn’t make out…it was behind the clouds we were seeing, but it was definitively large, moving from left to right…It was me, Steve, and his brother that saw it. And it goes out of sight and we look at each other and go, ‘What in the f— was that?’ …

Now, if you know anything about UFO sightings or you’ve done research, you know that a lot of times two things are connected to UFO sightings. One is the presence of fighter jets. And two, there’s a lot of sightings around nuclear power plants. So to tie it all together, the alarm we heard from 30 miles out was a nuclear power plant that had an alarm that went off.

If you want to hear it all for yourself, hit up the podcast. The story begins around the 14-minute, 40-second mark and goes on for a few minutes. Just be warned that profanities are used.

Some people will have a hard time buying a UFO story unless they actually see one themselves. Even then, some might refuse to believe their eyes. But there’s no doubt in Rodgers’ mind about what he saw—and it’s something he won’t soon forget.

I am not sure of the exact date but I witnessed it around July-August 2013, the photo is unedited and was taken in Valley Stream on Long Island. There was a mild rainstorm prior to the photo and it was clearing as I took it.

My girlfriend at the time went out on the deck and saw it and called me over. I did not believe UFO’s have ever visited earth prior to seeing this. We watched the object for about ten minutes and it was either stationary or moving extremely slowly.

I am not sure of the size but at the time I thought it was a bundle of mylar balloons but after watching it knew that was impossible since its shape was not changing like balloons do in the wind and it was not moving.

When I was looking at it closer I noticed what looked like a sphere of whitish vapor surrounding the object.

We watched the object for ten minutes and then I went inside to grab a telescope and it was gone by the time I got back out.

I am not asking for an investigation of any kind, nor would I want one, but need to tell someone about what happened. I was about 13 years old living in upstate NY around 1977-78. I lived in a two story home, but we only rented the downstairs and another family rented the upstairs. I was awoke one night about 11pm. I had always been afraid of the dark even at that age. I never knew why, but if what happened that night had happened before, it would be explainable. I remember I got out of bed, I don’t remember how I got to the other side of the house as I don’t remember walking through the house. I went out the back door of our downstairs kitchen and there was an enclosed staircase that led from the ground floor up to the kitchen of the second floor.

Normally I would not have entered it at night, especially that staircase, it always scared me. I entered and climbed to the second story landing, but before I could enter the kitchen of the upstairs, my attention was drawn to the window of the second story landing. The window was open as it was mid summer and I looked out and up and there was a large disk that at that age appeared very close, but was probably several hundred yards above the house. A blue light appeared from the very center of the disk and I was suddenly floating out the window and up towards the craft. I don’t remember feeling scared or anything, other than from the height, but not from the fact I was being pulled into a strange craft in the middle of the night.

I don’t remember anything else until I was floating through the second story widow on the front side of the house. I came through the window and floated down the stairway that led to the front porch of the house. It wasn’t until just now writing this that I remember there were 2-3 small beings at the bottom of the stairs. I don’t remember anything else until awaking again in the morning. I don’t recall any more “leaving” incidents for the rest of the time I lived there, but the “return” sequence, through the second story window and down the stairs, always floating, was a regular thing for about 2 years. I tried to tell a teacher about it at school, but he just played it off and told me it was just a bad dream.

I guess after awhile, I convinced myself that he must be right, there wasn’t much talk in our small town about abductions so I didn’t know who else to contact. I didn’t get along well with my mom or sisters and was embarrassed to bring it up to my brother. It wasn’t until years later when I first started using air travel that I found there was something in my lower right leg that would set off the metal detectors. That continued until about 2 years ago and suddenly stopped. I don’t know if it is still there and just doesn’t trigger it anymore, if they lowered the sensitivity, or if it somehow just disappeared. All I know is that the last time I went to the local courthouse, I no longer set off the detector there.

I don’t know of any other people sighting anything in my hometown until years later, my brother-in-law said he had seen one once while driving, but I don’t recall what year he said, possibly about 81-83. I have searched for any sightings around my time period but no luck. Nothing until the mass sighting in the 80’s. Like I said, not looking for any type of investigation, but if you know of any sightings around Dover Plains, NY around my time frame, I would really like to know about it.

The truth is out there — and it’s hovering over The Bronx.

A mysterious light in the sky so freaked out some Hunts Points residents that they called authorities to report their only possible explanation: the arrival of aliens from outer space.

A “flying spaceship” is moving swiftly over East 149th Street and the Bruckner Expressway, one terrified woman told a 911 operator Saturday night, according to an FDNY source.

Juan Marrero said he, too, had a close encounter.

“I look up and see this fireball, ‘Whoosh!’ and then another, ‘Whoosh!’ ” said Marrero, 57, a pigeon fancier who was on the roof of his building at 11:30 p.m. when he saw two bright lights streaking across the sky. “From one side of the sky to the other, too fast for an airplane.”

Andres Morales, 25, said he also saw the speedy orb — and did his best to document his out-of-this-world experience.

“I stuck my hand out the car window and snapped like crazy,” he told The Post. “I don’t know what it was but it was moving crazy fast.”

It’s not the first time locals have said extraterrestrial immigrants boogied down from another galaxy to check out the neighborhood. Unusual lights in the sky were seen in the same area last year, and also in 2011, according to self-described “UFO journalist” Ryan Sprague.

“I definitely think we’re dealing with anomalies that could potentially be nonhuman,” Sprague said.

East 149th Street is close to La Guardia Airport, which could lead to “misidentifications,” Sprague conceded, though he said witnesses should not be discounted.

Those who saw the orb on Saturday, and the one last May, echoed the same description — a light that “just sort of hovered, stationary, and then shot off in the blink of an eye,” he stressed.

“The maneuvers these objects seem to be making don’t fit with any current technology that we’re aware of,” Sprague said.

“They’re not moving, then darting off at unbelievable speeds,” he explained. “I just don’t think that’s something a human could survive.”

But why The Bronx?

“To study us,” one longtime resident offered. “Maybe they want to learn to break dance.”
