Witness Testimony

The following was submitted to The Black Vault on May 26, 2020.

“On August 11, 2019 at 4:20 am, I observed unusual lights in a triangle formation from my front yard. I woke up my roommate and retrieved telephone to have a witness and to video observance. I videotaped for 12 minutes while also watching for other ufo’s. thus the reason for shaky video. If you view video frame by frame the object can be seen making maneuvers that are impossible for any type of aircraft known to mankind. I submitted the video to MUFON but, did not get a satisfactory report from them. The investigator suggested it was probably a stealth bomber test. There is no way it was any type of known aeronautical technology. See for yourself.

I am going to try to upload the video file but, if it is too big can I get instructions on an alternate way to transmit video to you along with some screenshot captures. Thank you for any information you can give me on what I saw.”

Background

The following case was submitted to The Black Vault/TBV Investigations on 06/19/2019 and was assigned to investigator Jim Kerr for analysis and investigation.

Witness Testimony

The witness submitted the following statement.

“My male Basenji had to go outside, so I took him out the garage door that opens up to the backyard on the left side. I had our house lights on, but they didn’t shine far from the back area near the houseitself and driveway, front. I noticed all of a sudden a brilliant whitish-yellowish light that was stationary. Jacksonville Internatl Airport does have planes that do fly over our house and this area in /out of the airport but this was NO plane, no helicopter.

The object seemed huge as it was so bright and appeared to shimmer, but it did not go further away like a plane would be leaving this airspace or come near us like a plane would be heading to the airport to land. I couldn’t walk back with him because of my knees (replacement not long ago), or I would have to get a better look. This light seemed to shimmer and darken but then again it appeared as bright as ever, still affixed where it was.

The property where this objet was stationary also has a home there but an open place for their large yard. They do have a security light, but there is ABSOLUTELY no way that light reflected any beam into the sky to cause something that large and bright to occur and remain in spot. There were no people out at all other than myself and my dog.

I went in to get my brother, but when we came out the object was gone. This is not my first time experiencing a “UFO.” I am working on the email to send. Next time I go out at night, I will bring the cell phone to record if I see anything like this again.”

Additional witness statements after being interviewed

“My experience on this one was brief, but whatever that stationary orangish-yellowish huge globe like object was, it could not have been a plane or helicopter, light from the ground, house, or highway 1/4 mile up the road. Not at 1:05 Am at all. I just wish I had my cellphone………or been able to walk across our 2 yards to get a better look. That object was so big, and seemed closer than it was. Incredible!

I live in northeast Florida in a little town about 2 miles west of the town itself. The town is Callahan. Roughly we are about 17 miles northwest of Jacksonville, but like all places, it depends on from where in Jacksonville one is coming to this area.

That was amazing that night, but I admit when it fazed out, then came back on in the same spot, I knew it could NOT have been some weather thing or meteor et al. Unfortunately I opted to go in and grab the cell phone and get my brother up but when we came out it was gone.”

The Evidence

No photos or video footage was taken by the witness.

The Analysis

At approx 1:00 am, the witness took her dog outside and observed a whitish-yellowish light that was stationary in the sky. The witness is adamant; the object was not an aircraft as she is familiar observing aircraft over her location from the Jacksonville International Airport. The size of the object did not change like an aircraft traveling toward or away from her location. The witness went into her house to retrieve her cell phone to take photos, but when she returned, the object was gone. With the lack of photographic or video evidence it is impossible to identify what the witness observed.

Background

The following case was submitted to The Black Vault / TBV Investigations on May 7, 2018, just two days after the sighting. It was assigned to TBV Investigations’ researcher Monica Salazar for investigation.

Witness Testimony

The witness submitted the following testimony with their report. It appears here, unedited:

“10:30PM ON BEACH. WHILE WATCHING SATELLITES OVER HEAD VIA NOTIFICATIONS FROM PREDISAT, I OBSERVED A TRIANGULAR OBJECT, 3 LIGHTS, ONE ON EACH CORNER, MOVING NW TO SE OVER ST GEORGE ISLAND THEN OFFSHORE OVER THE GULF OF MEXICO. OBJECT WAS COMPLETELY SILENT, MOVING AT ABOUT THE SAME SPEED AS A COMMERCIAL AIRLINER. HOWEVER THIS OBJECT WAS MUCH BIGGER THAN AN AIRLINER AND COMPLETELY SILENT. ALTHOUGH I COULD NOT TELL THE ALTITUDE, IT WAS DEFINITELY LOWER THAN COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT AND MUCH LOWER THAN SATELLITES. CLEAR SKIES ON A MOONLESS NIGHT. DURATION OF SIGHTING: 1 MINUTE”

 
The Analysis

I emailed the witness a few times, but never received a response, I also attempted to call the him to no avail. However the witness was very good in providing substantial information to this case.

The witness states he used an app called PREDISAT when he observed an anomaly. According to the Google Play store, the app PREDISAT “downloads data for satellite passes and Iridium flares from Heavens-Above.com and formats it for viewing on your device. It also includes a few features to help you spot satellites, such as alerts, countdown, and night mode.” 

I personally have never used the app but judging by the reviews seems like it is a pretty useful app for those that like to observe satellites passing by the skies over your area.

Conclusion

Since I was never able to communicate with the witness and there is no actual hard evidence, like an image or his app data, it is hard to analyze the case thoroughly. Yet his statement is very detailed, so I wouldn’t pass it off as totally fake.

This is not the first case reported in this island in fact when I did some research I could back as far as 2009 of people witnessing strange lights and objects in the skies over St George Island, Florida.

If for any reason the witness reaches out again with more evidence or even a sketch I would definitely be updating this case. As for now it will be classified as Unresolved due to insufficient evidence.

On January 2, 2011, 6:30 p.m. a glowing metallic sphere was observed to shoot up to the sky from the witnesses back yard. On the ground two circular marks approximately 9 inches in diameter and side by side were noted on the grass where the object had apparently been in contact. The eastern spot (Site A) appeared to suffer a bleaching effect, i.e. was an off-white color. The western spot (Site B) appeared to be burned from top down.

Conclusions

• No unusual anomalies were detected in the vegetation and soil samples from contact site A. They are similar to the control vegetation and soil samples, and no differences were noted.
• Some vegetation from the contact site B was found to be burned. However, the soil was normal, showing no heat effects. So, the heat was localized and not hot enough to cause any changes to the soil. The source of the heat is indicated to originate from the sphere. It is speculated that either the sphere was hot, or that there was an energy field around it that induced the vegetation to burn. There was more inorganic nitrate in this soil sample, but this may be from uneven fertilizer application. Another possibility is that if the sphere had an ionizing energy field around it, then interaction with the air may have produced nitrates.
• The so-called ‘ash’ is actually plant/grass fines. No unusual anomalies are detected.
• No radiation above background was detected for any of the samples. Additionally, no material was observed to fluoresce under UV light.

This UFO was seen around 12am on April 18th 2015, above the Westin building in Va Beach.

Did anyone else see this object? Is this a UFO? Or maybe a drone? Any ideas on what this could be?

It appears to be a type of light object that moves very quickly. The light slowly zooms up in the distance, stops for a moment and then flies away.

The object was traveling at very high rate of speed without the time lapse footage, so I don’t think anyone would have noticed it in the sky.

I do not normally care about this type of thing or would ever been looking for it. It was just by chance I captured this moment and document footage to share.

Initially I noticed a pulsing light in my drivers side review mirror. I thought it was an ambulance siren because the light was so bright, red and flashing.

When I got out of the car and turned around I noticed it was an object hovering in the sky.

It was the lowest hovering UFO I have ever seen. I almost thought it was a drone because it eventually kept hovering lower and then disappeared from my view all together due to trees across the way. Anyhow, just wanted to give a brief description of my account.

I have attached a short video of what I was able to capture on my cell phone video recorder.

Description:
The witness called and left a lengthy voice mail message describing an encounter that he had about one year ago. He said that the encounter had continued to bother him so he reported it. He wanted someone to talk to about his experience.

The highlights of his experience are contained in the above recording. The witness was subsequently interviewed to verify details of his encounter. He stated that he went to bed about midnight. His wife and young cousin were sleeping in separate rooms on this particular night. He arose (not sure of time) and went outside to smoke a cigarette. (He said this is not unusual for him to get up and have a cigarette outside of his home.)

When he went outside he at once noticed a bright triangular shaped object of pyramid shape with 3 lights running down the side hovering right above him. He said that the object was bigger than a house. He then noticed a bright flash. The next thing he recalls was being in a bright room with a light shining in his eyes. He could see 4 shadowy figures, but couldn’t make out any features. He noticed a tube in his naval and in his penis.

He was covered in some sort of “goo” and he had a type of gas mask on.

He kept hearing a voice saying “he is coming to.” The next thing that he recalls is waking up in his bed at 3:03 AM. (He didn’t recall what time that he got up to smoke.) He said that he knew that he got up because the door was unlocked and partially open. He locked the door before he went to bed. Therefore he is emphatic that he did not have a lucid dream. He had a real experience. He said that upon awakening at 3:03 AM he went into the bathroom to check for marks on his body. He noticed none. However, the next day he experienced severe diarrhea and urinary track abnormalities.

The story gets better as the next day he was talking to a friend. The friend was out driving at around 4 AM (a little later than his encounter) and noticed a bright object that looked like “a burrito” in the direction of where the witness lived. His friend snapped a photo with his cell phone. Another person riding a motorcycle also saw the object. (We are attempting to obtain a copy of the photo.)

Note: The witness has technical background (physics and information technology). He seemed embarrassed describing his experience. I believe that he is telling the truth about he recalls. When questioned about drugs and alcohol the witness stated that he occasionally smokes marijuana, but was not drinking or using marijuana on the night of the experience.

Description: Hello: Over the weekend my parents were out on a ranch in Naples, Florida. My mom told my dad she wanted take a picture of him actually doing some man work and so she took a few burst photos on my dad’s Note 3 camera. At the moment they didn’t hear any noises from a plane, jet, or any noise at all. Later when my dad reviewed the burst photos to pick the best one, he saw an unidentified object on just ONE of the frames (average 1 frame per second). He asked around the people from the ranch and no one saw it or heard anything. My mom said she was looking at my dad and the camera at the same time and left her finger on the take a picture button without knowing it would take burst photos & she says at the time she didn’t see the object either.

Note from UFOs NorthWest: The above object IS NOT a model airplane. Models make a lot of noise and no one heard anything. I also don’t think that it is an unmanned aerial vehicle. What the heck it could really be a UFO? Analysis does not suggest that the photo was hoaxed. I suppose that someone could have thrown an object in the air and then took a photo of it, but I doubt it?
