Background Eight states and the District of Columbia have legalized cannabis use for recreational purposes, and 28 states plus the District of Columbia have legalized cannabis for medical purposes. Recent studies suggest that 45-80% of individuals who seek cannabis for medical purposes do so for pain management, and an estimated 6%-39% of patients prescribed opioid medication for pain are also utilizing cannabis. Over one-third of patients seeking cannabis for medical purposes list post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as the primary reason for the request. Background The primary goal of this program was to design, develop, construct and operate a continuous in-reactor hydrazine production loop using the fissiochemical process. Direct support for the development of the loop and its components included studies in decontamination, purification, fuel cycle, materials, chemical and energy deposition analysis, and reactor physics. Basic radiation and chemistry studies were undertaken to further elucidate reaction mechanisms and to extend the application of this process. Background The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Office of Inspector General (OIG) completed its Inspection of the NRO Cadre Implementation Plan for Department of Defense Civilians. I am providing this memorandum report for your attention as the NRO strives to establish a permanent NRO Department of Defense (DoD) Cadre on 4 October 2015. The NRO OIG recognized the efforts of the employees supporting the transition, and the resulting success based on those efforts.
