Background This document was first released in 2016 (which I have archived below). I requested a Mandatory Declassification Review in November of 2018, and it appears someone else did the same earlier in the year, and it was processed again with less redactions. This is still highly classified and is available below. Background In November of 2016, I requested under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) that the FBI send over their expenses for outside legal fees for Fiscal Years 2014, 2015 and 2016. It was not until November 30, 2018, that responsive documents were finally sent to me. Background According to the report: “Saudi Arabia is a key base of financial support for al-Qa’ida. Most of the money originates from wealthy individuals, fundraisers who solicit smaller donations, and diversions from non-governmental organizations (NGOs); a portion of the funding is derived from legitimate religious contributions.” The report was originally released in 2012, but heavily redacted. I filed a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) on September 11, 2018, and did receive a new, SLIGHTLY less redacted version in November of the same year. The follow appears to be the only new information from the MDR, which appeared in the SCOPE NOTE…
Background The below archive is connected with YEARS worth or research in connection with the MKULTRA CIA Collection. After years of having a 4 CD-ROM set archived, one researcher by the name of Oscar Diggs, went through and painstakingly put together a list of “missing” documents that were said to be on the CD’s, but were not. I was given this list by Mr. Diggs in 2016. That began a near 3 year struggle with the CIA just to prove that list was accurate, let alone, getting a copy of the missing pages. Through the course of months that stretched to…
Chemical Agent Fact Book, May 2010 [222 Pages, 34.5MB] Background This document was originally denied IN FULL under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) case 2014-STFO-030 (DHS). Here is the FOIA Log reference to my case, showing multiple FOIA exemptions and the fact the document was denied in full: Although I appealed that decision, it was never processed and I only discovered that years later when asking for an update to the appeal. I filed again in 2018, and was pleased to have received the document nearly in full, and rather quickly. The document is…
