National Intelligence Daily – June 2, 1990

Background

This National Intelligence Daily was issued on June 2, 1990. It appears in the CIA’s CREST database, as CREST #0005301359.  Originally, it was released in 2009 with heavy redactions.

In January of 2019, I requested a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR), and in April of 2019 – the CIA released the below version with much less redactions.
