2017 FOIA Training Presentation by Jennifer Black at the IRS

Background

I learned that in 2017, there was a presentation about the FOIA, for training purposes, that was given by Jennifer Black at the IRS.

In May of 2018, I filed a FOIA request for all records relating to this presentation, including all training material, emails, etc. that related to the program.

In late April of 2019, the IRS provided the below material.
