Background In November of 2017, I requested the FBI’s “Classification Guidebook”. This consists of the, “FBI National Security Information Classification Guide” and the, “FBI Automatic Declassification Guide.” They were released late in December of 2017. The request is still open pending additional information released, however, I have put up what is available below. Background Operation Pedro Pan (or Operación Pedro Pan) was a mass exodus of over 14,000 unaccompanied Cuban minors to the United States between 1960 and 1962. Father Bryan O. Background Travel is an important and necessary component of government to accomplish agencies’ mission. Background Excerpt from the survey results document: Once again, the responses to the employee survey are positive. Though this year’s results are overall favorable, our response rate decreased in 2016 to 38% (compared to a government-wide response rate of 46%).
