Best evidence we have seen and captured yet of the humanoid shaped anamolies that we have been seeing as it was captured on 3 cameras with dozens of eyewitnises to attest to seeing this object while at the free Public event.

The video itself was published online via YouTube, with the following caption (I left this unedited):

this Humanoid UFO was Captured by 3 different cameras at an la ufo channel event with dozens of eyewitnesses to attest to the authenticity of this sighting. in all 3 videos you see the same sequence as the ufo was recorded at the same time but through the different angle and quality of each camera you can desern that it wasnt a hoax or sgi but indeed a humanoid sky anomoly that appeared to everyone at sequoia park that day. People can be heard in shock in the backround of the video if you look at the raw footage linked bellow of these 3 raw videos of the same object. it appeares to have seperations in its space suit and a visor that you can see in his or hers face which makes you wonder if it indeed is a humanoid being inside of it.

Witness Interview

The following interview was submitted to The Black Vault for inclusion on this case file. Although I have posted my reasonable and probable explanation below, I wanted to include this in the interest of fairness to show all information available.

This is the first analysis video I’ve done of our footage from the research group. This Humanoid UFP was captured in Sequoia Park In Monterey Park in Southern California August 9th 2015 around 4:oopm. I was one of 3 reasearchers in LA UFO CHANNEL that captured this anomaly. I did this video to debunk the debunkers regarding the humanoid ufo. You will see the footage with different filters at digital zoom and Stabilization to see different aspects of the same footage. I also go through the conspiracy theory of Project Blue Beam and the like. I explain how we spotted and captured this footage and the strange synchronicity of having just seen our fellow researcher Jim Martin’s humanoid footage caught nearly 2 years earlier. I hope that the video can answer peoples question as well as help the subject matter of UFO’s to be taken more seriously and in a scientific manner. We pride ourselves on trying to bring out evidence that has gone through the test of debunking and consideration of all other possibilities before we post footage.

Possible explanation

When I first saw this case, I did not think much of it other than a balloon shaped like a Star Wars Stormtrooper. After searching around a bit, a likely candidate is what you see here.

I mean no disrespect to those who are investigating this video.  However, I think when you see something like this, in the distance, there are very likely explanations for it. And when you see things like this, for example, a balloon that looks nearly identical to the object – it needs to be entertained.

When dealing with UFOs, I am a fan of Occam’s Razor. And in this case, I think the simplest answer is the correct one.

Witness Report:

This video covers the case study and analysis of the flying “Humanoid UFO” recorded over my apt in Newport Beach California.

We applied digital filters and motion tracking to the recording to maximize the ufo features and examine it’s humanoid like qualities.

The object was flying vertically and fast when recorded. I could see it clearly in the viewfinder. The camera was sitting still on a tripod. The ufo appeared to be a flying humanoid type object. It had a round head, two eyes, upper body and legs. It looked like it was running in the sky.

The ufo had repeated flashes on either side and was activating the flashes by triggering some mechanism on itself.

Given the unique nature of the ufo sighting I felt it needed to be further studied, re-analyzed and presented for review.

A very important official, Major-General V. Demyanko, commander of the Military Diver Service of the Engineer Forces of the Ministry of Defense, USSR. He arrived to inform the local officers of an extraordinary event the had occurred during similar training exercises in the Trans-Baikal and West Siberian military regions. There, during their military training dives, the frogmen had encountered mysterious underwater swimmers, very human-like, but huge in size (almost three meters in height!)

The swimmers were clad in tight-fitting silvery suits, despite icy-cold water temperatures. At the depth of fifty meters, these “swimmers” had neither scuba diving equipment (“aqualungs”), nor any other equipment, only sphere-like helmets concealing their heads.

Well, the local military commander (quite alarmed by such encounters) decided to capture one of the creatures. With that purpose in mind, a special group of seven divers, under the command of an officer, had been dispatched.

As the frogman tried to cover the creature with a net, the entire group was thrown out of the deep waters to the surface by some powerful force. Now, because autonomous equipment of the frogmen does not allow surfacing from such depths without strict adherence to the process of decompression stops, all of the members of the ill-gated expedition were stricken by aeroembolism, of the Caisson disease. The only remedial treatment available consisted of an immediate confinement under decompression conditions in a pressure chamber. They had several such pressure chambers in the military region, but only one in working condition. It could contain no more than two persons.

Hence, local CO had forced four frogmen into the chamber. As a result, three of them (including the leader of the group) perished, and the rest became invalids – terrible consequences caused by the usual Soviet military bungling.

The major-general rushed to the Issik Kul to warn the local military against similar “devil-may-care” actions. Although the Issik Kul Lake is more shallow than the Baikal Lake, the depth of the former was sufficient to contain similar mysterious creatures.Did the major-general know something that Officer Shteynberg did not?

A short time later, the staff headquarters of the Turkmenistan military region had received an order from the Commander-in-Chief of the Land Forces. The order consisted of detailed analysis of the Baikal Lake events and reprimands. It was supplemented by an information bulletin from the headquarters of the Engineer Forces of the Ministry of Defense, USSR. the bulletin listed numerous deepwater lakes where there had been registered sightings of anomalous phenomena: appearances of underwater creatures analogous to the Baikal type, descent and surfacing of giant discs and spheres, powerful luminescence emanating from the deep, etc.

Such documents, without exception, were highly classified and “for the eyes” of a very limited circle of military officers. The purpose [of]such documents was “to prevent unnecessary encounters….”
