On September 7, 2022, The U.S. Navy denied the release of all UAP related videos via FOIA. The effort took more than 2 1/2 years by The Black Vault, but after the case was processed, the Navy refused to release any visuals they, “… are classified and are exempt from disclosure in their entirety under exemption 5 U.S.C. § 552 (b)(1) in accordance with Executive Order 13526 and the UAP Security Classification Guide.”
An appeal of this decision was later denied by NAVY JAG.
