According to FOIA case 
23-F-0446, filed by The Black Vault, the DoD Office of the Inspector General reached out to Neill Tipton, Director for Defense Intelligence, Collection and Special Programs, as OSD/JS.
The email, sent by a person who’s name was redacted, stated that it was in regards to the DoD/OIG’s “Evaluation of the DoD’s Actions Regarding the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.” Oddly, the DoD/OIG had already reached out prior in 2021. It is unclear why there was a second reach-out and a likely classified teleconference.
