According to FOIA case DODOIG-2023-000021, filed by The Black Vault, the DoD Office of the Inspector General met with Neill Tipton, Director for Defense Intelligence, Collection and Special Programs.
The email, sent by a person who’s name was redacted, stated that it was in regards to the DoD/OIG’s “Evaluation of the DoD’s Actions Regarding the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.”
OSD/JS FOIA Case 23-F-0377 filed by The Black Vault further confirmed this with the release of the actual calendar details in the files of Mr. Neill Tipton.
