Dana White Informs Politico That NY Times Was Running Article on Sunday Edition

In the early morning hours of December 16th, 2017, Dana White, Former Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, told then Politico journalist Bryan Bender that the NY Times was running their article on AATIP in the Sunday edition of their newspaper, which was the next day.
