The Black Vault had filed a FOIA request for ALL manufactured CD-ROMs/DVDs available for purchase, and this was one of them.
It is not clear exactly what documents are catalogued on this disc, or why it was created, but within it are multiple CIA histories, along with a long list of NIEs.
