“All emails sent to/from (bcc’d or cc’d) Anthony S. Fauci, M.D., NIAID Director (include all email addresses utilized by Dr. Fauci), which contains the following keyword: TRUMP Please include only calendar year 2020 in your search for responsive records.”

However, due to the voluminous number of responsive pages, it was agreed in January of 2021, to limit the scope of search to May and June of 2020. That short span still resulted in the release of 2,260 pages of emails after nearly 3 1/2 years of waiting.

The emails comprise internal NIH messages, direct communications from medical professionals to Fauci, fan mail, hate mail, spam, and much more.

According to the (archived) National Institute of Health (NIH) website and fact sheet on TOXMAP:

TOXMAP® is a Geographic Information System (GIS) from the National Library of Medicine (NLM) that uses maps of the United States to help users visually explore data from the EPA’s Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) and Superfund Programs.

Federal law requires facilities in certain industries, which manufacture, process, or use significant amounts of toxic chemicals, to report annually on their releases of these chemicals to the EPA TRI Program. Superfund sites are those throughout the United States and its territories which contain substances that are either designated as hazardous under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), or identified as such under other laws.

TOXMAP helps users create nationwide, regional, or local area maps showing where TRI chemicals are released on-site into the air, water, and ground. It also identifies the releasing facilities, color-codes release amounts for a single year or year range, and provides multi-year aggregate chemical release data and trends over time, starting with 1988. Maps can also show locations of Superfund sites on the National Priority List (NPL), listing all chemical contaminants present at these sites.

Two versions of TOXMAP are available: the classic version of TOXMAP released in 2004, and a version based on Adobe® Flash/Flex technology. In addition to many of the features of TOXMAP classic, this version provides an improved map appearance and interactive capabilities as well as a more current GIS look-and-feel. This includes seamless panning, immediate update of search results when zooming to a location, two collapsible side panels to maximize map size, and automatic size adjustment after a window resize. The new TOXMAP also has improved U.S. Census layers and availability by Census Tract (2000 and 2010), Canadian National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI) data, U.S. EPA coal plant emissions data, U.S. commercial nuclear power plants, and improved and updated congressional district boundaries. Both versions of TOXMAP can be accessed from https://toxmap.nlm.nih.gov.

TOXMAP classic users can search the system by location (such as city, state, or ZIP code), chemical name, chemical name fragment, release medium, release amount, facility name and ID, and can filter results to those residing within a pre-defined or custom geographic region. Search results can be saved for use in other tools, and can also be viewed in Google Maps® and Google Earth®. Both versions of TOXMAP also overlay map data such as U.S. Census population information, income figures from the Bureau of Economic Analysis, and health data from the National Cancer Institute and the National Center for Health Statistics.

NLM has an extensive collection of toxicology and environmental health references (TOXLINE®), as well as a rich resource of data on hazardous chemical substances (HSDB®) in the TOXNET® databases. These resources are easily linked to/from the TOXMAP search results. The data shown in TOXMAP comes from:

TOXMAP is a project of the Specialized Information Services Division of the NLM and supports its mission of addressing toxicology and environmental health information needs.

The database was pulled from the internet by the Trump administration in December 2019. The NLM said in a statement that much of the information remained available from the original sources, and that thus the database could be removed; critics, such as the Environmental Data & Governance Initiative, suggested it was part of a larger effort on the part of the administration to obfuscate the detrimental results of the rollback of Obama-era environmental regulations.

For your initial review, attached is in-progress version of 1 of the 2 deliverables the MITRE team has been working on. A second email will follow; file sizes are larger than usual.

Though these files are very much draft and still being worked, we look forward to a discussion next week as to whether the information being provided ‘hits the mark’ and will meets users’ needs. I’ll send out an invite for Wednesday 5/22 3-4pm. In the meantime, please feel free to email over comments if you have a chance to review the documents at all prior to a meeting. They are both lengthy so require some time to absorb! The developer’s guide is written as a How-To manual so technical in presentation.

Thank you for joining our meeting this morning on the sunsetting of the SIS program. We covered a lot of material and are happy for your help in getting a lot of work executed quickly. Your input was helpful.

I have attached an updated mock-up of the main SIS homepage to reflect what we need done to alert users of changes taking place. Also included are a Word document with the language to be added to the pages and a zip file with the current/approved NLM logos for use on the banners.

We would like to see a couple of options for the banners (some in a box, shown in various colors, and in bold or italics). While it may not be possible to have the message shown exactly the same on each of the unique pages, we would like to keep the look as close as possible. I included all of the logos, as the style and color may need to vary based on the space and color of each page.

Since we need to have the pages updated and the changes made live on Monday, July 1^st, we need to move on this quickly. Please let me know if you have any questions before you get started.

Today, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released the declassified whistleblower complaint. [See complaint and IG letter below]

Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) made the following statement:

“The Committee this morning will be releasing the declassified whistleblower complaint that it received late last night from the ODNI. It is a travesty that it was held up this long.

“This complaint should never have been withheld from Congress. It exposed serious wrongdoing, and was found both urgent and credible by the Inspector General.

“This complaint is a roadmap for our investigation, and provides significant information for the Committee to follow up on with other witnesses and documents. And it is corroborated by the call record released yesterday.

“I want to thank the whistleblower for having the courage to come forward, despite the reprisals they have already faced from the president and his acolytes. We will do everything in our power to protect this whistleblower, and every whistleblower, who comes forward.

“The public has a right to see the complaint and what it reveals.”

In November of 2016, based on various media reports, I requested the following from the CIA:

…any/all reports on investigations by your agency into the unacknowledged ties between the Trump Organization or the Trump Company and the Russian Government or proxies of the Russian Government.

It took until March of 2019, for the CIA to give what is called the “GLOMAR RESPONSE”. This means that they will “neither confirm nor deny” the existence of the information sought.

Background

On January 12, 2018, CNN published the following:

President Donald Trump expressed frustration behind closed doors with people coming to the US from “shithole countries,” sources told CNN on Thursday.

One of the sources briefed on the Thursday Oval Office meeting with lawmakers confirmed Trump asked, “Why do we want all these people from ‘shithole countries’ coming here?”

CNN, along with other networks, began running stories regarding the comment. Though uncharacteristically, many networks (arguably, mostly CNN) had no problem saying “Shithole” without any type of censorship in the form of a “beep” or finding a different way to reference the statement (ie: “s-hole” etc.)

In January of 2018, I filed a report to the FCC for complaints filed that contain the word “Shithole”.  This would encompass the complaints sent in to the FCC about this statement.

The result shows a barrage of complaints on various networks from all over the United States.

Janet Louise Yellen (born August 13, 1946) is an American economist. She served as the Chair of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System from 2014–2018, previously serving as Vice Chair from 2010 to 2014. Previously, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco; Chair of the White House Council of Economic Advisers under President Bill Clinton; and business professor at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

According to the IRS:

Leonard Oursler began his service with the IRS in October of 1997. His first position was leading a newly formed Congressional Outreach team in Legislative Affairs. In 2001 Leonard became the Chief of the Congressional Affairs Branch of Legislative Affairs. The Congressional Affairs Branch is responsible for coordinating all outreach activity with Congress and all activity on Congressional hearings. Congressional Affairs also advises all levels of the Agency on appropriate strategies for working Congressional issues. The Branch also directs all congressional activity of Governmental Liaisons.

Prior to moving to the IRS, Leonard worked 15 years on Capitol Hill. While on Capitol Hill, Leonard spent 12 years working with the Democratic floor staff in the Senate where he advised Senators, senior staff, White House and agency officials, the press and advocacy group representatives on Senate floor activity, legislative procedures and Democratic strategy. Working in the Senate was an exciting opportunity offering valuable insight to the legislative process.

The Senate is also where Leonard met his wife who was a member of the staff of Senator Lowell Weicker R-Ct. Leonard was born in Washington DC and currently lives in Maryland. He has three children: ages 14, 11 and 7. Upon completion of CDP, Leonard will begin his assignment as SPEC Area 2 Director, Cincinnati, Ohio.

In October of 2016, I requested a search of all of Mr. Oursler’s emails, that contained the keyword “TRUMP.” In January of 2017, I received the first batch of emails. I then requested again for emails created after the October date (obviously to include post election responsive records) and then received those as well on February 3, 2017.

The Old Post Office Pavilion, historically known as the Old Post Office and Clock Tower, located at 1100 Pennsylvania Avenue NW in Washington, D.C. was completed in 1899, and is a contributing property to the Pennsylvania Avenue National Historic Site.

It was used as the city’s main post office until 1914. It functioned primarily as an office building afterward, and was nearly torn down during the construction of the Federal Triangle complex in the 1920s.

It was nearly demolished again in the 1970s to make way for completion of the Federal Triangle. Major renovations occurred in 1976 and 1983. The 1983 renovation added a food court and retail space and the building was renamed the Old Post Office Pavilion. An addition was added to the structure in 1991.

In 2013, the U.S. General Services Administration leased the property for 60 years to a consortium headed by “DJT Holdings LLC”, a holding company owned by Donald J. Trump through a revocable trust.

Trump developed the property into a luxury hotel, Trump International Hotel Washington, D.C. which opened in September 2016.
