										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mr. Sean O’Donnell joined the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG) as the Acting Inspector General (IG) on April 6, 2020. He was replaced by The Honorable Robert P. Storch in December of 2022.</p>
<p>On January 4, 2022, The Black Vault filed a FOIA request for his emails relating to various UAP and UFO related keywords. The below is the result of that case, wherein more than 400 pages were found.</p>
<p>A lot of that number are attachments of Congressional bills and language which included UAP references, though you will find other nuggets, as well.</p>

<p>In regards to the second batch of records above, The Black Vault appealed the decision to withhold one page. That appeal was ultimately denied.</p>
<p>The denial letter is stored before for archival purposes.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The objective of this investigation was to determine whether foreign officer involvement at the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) was in compliance with U,S, laws and DoD directives.</p>
<p>The Black Vault filed a FOIA request for the review and release of the final report on July 12, 2016. It would take until January 6, 2023 for it to be partially done so.</p>

<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><em><strong>&#8220;We reviewed DOD OIG reports issued from September 30, 2010, to June 18, 2015, in order to summarize the key observations and recommendations.&#8221;</strong></em></p>
<p style="padding-left: 40px;"><em><strong>&#8220;We summarized 10 reports issued by the 000 Office of Inspector General from September 30,2010, to June 18, 2015, that contained findings on aspects of the nuclear enterprise. Weaknesses identified in the nuclear enterprise include: planning and coordination, guidance, requirements, manning and training, budget or funding priority, and logistics and parts issues. Chart 1 depicts the number of reports having findings in the specified category. Note that the reports had more than one weakness area identified.&#8221;</strong></em></p>
