The following documents were released by the Department of Defense via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to The Black Vault.

This is a “flash” article which is a short summary of records released. This will likely be replaced with a more full breakdown of the records, and a subsequent video attached breaking it down.

These “briefing cards” are used to assist public affairs officers, spokespeople, and those from other agencies dealing with questions on various topics.
