NSA and the Supercomputer Industry, Cryptologic Quarterly, Winter 1995 – Vol. 14, No. 4

Background

Although this document had been released before, in February of 2018, I requested a “Mandatory Declassification Review” (MDR) of the record to see if I could get some of the blacked out information released.  Although it wasn’t much, once the MDR was completed in August of 2018, it had a little less redaction.  I will still consider that a win!
