NATO Intelligence-A Contradiction in Terms, 1984

The following document was requested by The Black Vault in August of 2019. A Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) request was filed, since the document was previously released, but had numerous redactions.

More than two years later, sadly, no redactions were lifted, and it was released in the same state it was previously. That release is archived below.
