NASA’s leadership structure includes a NASA Executive Council (EC), a NASA Program Management Council (APMC) and a NASA Mission Support Council (MSC). These are the meeting minutes for those bodies for 2017 and 2018. However, until Administrator Jim Bridenstine’s appointment in mid-2018, the Executive Council did not maintain actual meeting minutes.
