Regulations concerning the conduct and activities of employees are published in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 28, Part 45.735 and Part 45, Appendix; and Title 5, Parts 2634,2635, and 2636.
Their source is found generally in Departmental Order 350-65 dated 12/28/65, as amended by Departmental Order 960-81 dated 10/26/81, which provides that employees shall conduct themselves in a manner that creates and maintains respect for the Department of Justiceand the U.S. government.
