According to the objective of the audit:

“We determined whether the material condition of the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment Ground-Based Radars (ITW / AA GBR) is adequate to perform and sustain required capabilities. Specifically, we examined the infrastructure, maintenance,: planned or required upgrades, funding, and management of the radar sites.”
