The Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IC IG), Investigations Division, investigated an unauthorized disclosure of the Department of Defense (DoD ) proprietary information released to a hostile Foreign Intelligence Element (FIE). The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Community Coordination Office (CCO), Counterintelligence (CI) Division, alleged the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) released DoD information without proper authorization to a FIE.
