“It look like a grey translucent flexible pencil it had so many spinning feathers along the shaft with a flappy membrane that squirreled around the feathers. It sat there for two minutes then it flex and took off disappeared and reappearing ass it went all over the place in like 2 seconds it was from like highland pk and back downtown.. if it was a drone it was big and faster than lightning and any thing i ever seen on TV or in real life.

Maybe government flying flexible drone with a thousand spinning wings and flapping wings.. great inventions always the govts project..i saw it and all its functions i think i could build one…”

Witness Testimony

The witness submitted the following report:

“Off the Cayman Islands on cruise. 30 to 40 fireball like ufos. It looked as if the closest one had spinning like wings or rotors. No sound.”

With the lack of video / photo evidence and no further contact with the witness since initial report submission, I will attempt to identify what the witnesses observed based on the following facts along with the witness statement.

I have created a visual representation based on the witness’ testimony, listed above.

Stellerium was used for the night sky around the Cayman Islands on the 24/05/2018 at 02:00 AM.  4 views were taken into account as an approximate location was unknown during the sighting.

As the location was unknown for the witness during the sighting just an aerial view of the Cayman Islands was used.

Conclusion

Based on the witness description and lack of sufficient evidence I am unable to make a solid conclusion. Case incomplete / unidentified.

Description: I had a UFO sighting over the Eastwood Field in Southeastern Warren, Ohio.

I saw a small circle spinning them other more bigger circle with all kinds of light in motion forming a waving type of motion forming different angles and shapes.

I also drew pictures.

UFOs NorthWest Note: The witness later sent a video of the object(s).

The video doesn’t show the objects spinning, but it does show a non-flashing light that repeatedly gets brighter, vanishes and brightens.
