Vico, Italy. A man who was fishing in the Serchio River saw a disk hovering for 10 min. From it hung a hose that plunged into the water. The object was 20 m in diameter, with five propellers in the rear and a dome with something like blades on top.

An orange glow could be seen through slits along the deck.

A man wearing a diving helmet looked at the witness through a window, and he received a kind of electric shock as a “green ray” hit him.

He looked up with difficulty, in time to see the object fly away toward the east. Six days later, a stranger with a foreign accent contacted the witness and intimidated him.

Location: 20 miles S of Malta

Object: Black submarine, or other type of craft?

Sound: None

Background: Fishermen on a boat 20 miles south of Malta were raising their nets with a catch of fish when they saw an object floating on the water’s surface that looked like a black submarine. The fishermen were frightened because they thought it looked more like a monster than a submarine, so they quickly pulled in their nets and started the boat’s engine.

At that moment a bright light from the “submarine” lit up the whole area and “little men” began running over the deck of the object.

The fishermen couldn’t make out much detail from their boat but whenever the light illuminated the “little men,” they could see some sort of apparatus around their waist.

When the witness was asked how tall these men were, he replied, “About the size of a 10 year old boy.” After a few minutes, the “little men” entered the “submarine” which began to glow so brightly that the fishermen couldn’t see the object. It then submerged.

An account given by a Mr. Chalmers, published in The Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society, telling of a remarkable incident occurring out at sea. Mr Chalmers writes of how, in 1749, from the deck of the Montague as it sailed in the Mediterranean just north of Corsica, he saw a blue fireball rolling on the surface of the water and making its way towards the ship.

As the crew lowered the sails and tried to avoid impact, the mysterious ball rose up and exploded, making a sound “as if Hundreds of Cannons had been fired at one time; and left so great a Smell of Brimstone, that the Ship seemed to be nothing but Sulphur”.

The ball left the main topmast of the ship shattered and tore the mainmast sail. Surprisingly, only five men were “knocked down” but one of them sustained burns from the explosion. It is unclear what caused the fireball or what it actually was.

I thought I saw a boat on fire. I then was able to turn. I pulled over as soon as possible and grabbed my cell, shut off car.

I was going to call 9-11 to report a fire, but then realized it wasn’t a boat.  I then proceeded to witness these bright round orbs coming up out of water, the first two went approximately 100 feet in the air then turned and came directly over me and continued into mountains.  The remaining seven once arriving at same altitude, heading north straight up coastline. I was in such shock it didn’t occur to me to start taking pictures until the first two were gone.  I was quite scared. I then began trying to video tape them, but my camera kept shutting off. I have many one minute and less videos and a few still pictures.  It seemed they changed or morphed into a bigger brighter orbs while changing color.

As I was parked I started witnessing other cars pulling over and jumping out to record this event on their cell phones.  The two that went over my head seemed to be round orbs with a liquid looking plasma substance that was turning within it?  It’s hard to explain since I have never seen anything quite like it. I admit I started to panic when I realized they were coming straight towards me. The second I realized they were not “spaceships” I felt calmer.

I have no clue what these were and would love your experts to look at film.  I witnessed something that I cannot explain, and its driving me crazy. Thank you for having a place to report these sightings it took a while to find you, but I’m happy I told somebody finally.
