Background<\/h3>\n

It is a fact that most documents relating to MKULTRA<\/a> and other drug research programs were destroyed.<\/p>\n

In this one-page CIA Memorandum for the Record, it was documented that the order came from CIA Director Richard Helms<\/a>, and was passed through to numerous individuals by Dr. Sydney Gottlieb<\/a>.<\/p>\n

You will note on the bottom of this CIA document, the number 52-HQ-101074. This is an FBI file reference number. After looking it up, I realized that is the file number for Dr. Gottlieb, in which I have already received his file. You can download his file here<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n
