The theoretical section develops a general relativistic five dimensional theory to the point that electromagnetic effects can be interpreted. Emphasis is placed on modifications to the classical Maxwell equations and field vector equations. The theories are then used to propose specific experimental studies which can verify the electromagnetic and gravitational interactions.
