An independent U.S. government agency overseen by Congress, the Commission is the federal agency responsible for implementing and enforcing America\u2019s communications law and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>The FCC has two databases that contain complaints submitted to them for possible investigation. This includes the FCC Enforcement Bureau Database and the FCC Consumer &amp; Governmental Affairs Bureau database.<\/p>\n<p>Under the FOIA, you can request a search of both databases for keywords\/phrases.
