Edward Levine, John Nelson, Britt Snider, Gary Sojka, James Martin, Christopher Mellon, Ms Blythe Thomas and Ms. Natalie Bocock.<\/p>\n<p>In June of 2019, the two page document was requested to have a Mandatory Declassification Review (MDR) by The Black Vault.
