Background<\/h3>\n

This document, obtained from the Army Research Lab (ARL), lists the facilities and capabilities available at the lab. This is the same lab which made headlines, having signed an agreement<\/a> with To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science<\/a>, which it believed that metamaterials that came from UAP will be tested there. In a November 2019<\/a> interview with Linda Moulton Howe, a previous owner of one of the metamaterials, she stated that it is possible the Army laboratory will be able to do the proper tests with a Terahertz generator to see if the metamaterial could defy gravity.<\/p>\n
