Although this document had been released before, in February of 2018, I requested a “Mandatory Declassification Review” (MDR) of the record to see if I could get some of the blacked out information released.\u00a0 Although it wasn’t much, once the MDR was completed in August of 2018, it had a little less redaction.\u00a0 I will still consider that a win!<\/p>\n
