Background<\/h3>\n

Originally, this document was fully denied under FOIA Exemption (b)(1), in June of 2016.<\/p>\n

I appealed, based on the reality that the record was nearly 50 years old (at the time of requesting) and it seemed pretty unbelievable that not a single page was releasable.<\/p>\n

My appeal was partially granted, and 14 out of the 241 pages were released.<\/p>\n
