It took a FOIA request, and then a subsequent appeal, to get the front page released. \u00a0Originally, just to see the site, was considered exempt under the FOIA, and I was denied access. \u00a0However, I appealed the decision, and it was determined the original determination was wrong, it was overtturned, and information was released.<\/div>\n
