You can download it below.<\/p>\n<h3>Excerpt<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>The objective of this analysis is to define and assess the\u00a0vulnerabilities that might exist in prospective Soviet Charged Particle\u00a0Beam Weapon (CPBW) systems. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>This analysts will then establish the\u00a0technological base required before countermeasure efforts can be pursued\u00a0to negate such new weapon systems.
