This is not a complete collection set of his papers, but rather, a selection of items sent to The Black Vault for digital preservation.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The released documents relate to an external peer review of the DIA&#8217;s Office of Inspector General, Audit Staff. The review was conducted in accordance with Government Auditing Standards and the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) Guide for Conducting Peer Reviews of the Audit Organizations of Federal Offices of Inspector General.<\/p>\n<p>The System Review Report states that the review covered the system of quality control for the DIA OIG&#8217;s audit organization for the three-year period ending 30 April 2017. The report concludes that the system of quality control was suitably designed and implemented to provide reasonable assurance of compliance with applicable professional standards. The DIA OIG received an External Peer Review rating of &#8220;pass.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The report also mentions that certain limited procedures were applied to DIA OIG&#8217;s monitoring of audits performed by Independent Public Accountants (IPAs) under contract.
