This assessment does not cover ballistic missile threats. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><strong>We define the US homeland as all 50 states, the District of Columbia. Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the various trust territories in the Pacific.
