Do you want to see all or part of the classified<\/em> UAP report<\/a> sent to Congress last June? As most of you know, so do I!<\/p>\n

So, in my ongoing effort to keep you all updated on this process, I can safely say now that I am struggling to get updates from ODNI, and numerous follow ups over the course of MONTHS have gone unanswered.<\/p>\n

To remedy this, last night, I filed an appeal with ISCAP in regards to my 32 CFR \u00a7 1704<\/a> MDR case that aims to get the classified UAP report reviewed for either a partial, or more unlikely, full release.<\/p>\n

What this means in plain English is that I have enlisted the help of the Interagency Security Classification Appeals Panel (ISCAP<\/a>) to intervene on my behalf, should they agree with my appeal. They will then, hopefully, get ODNI to complete the case in a more timely fashion.<\/p>\n

The appeal filed is based on the time that has elapsed since filing, along with the issues I am having getting updates or ETAs from ODNI about my case.<\/p>\n

This is a boring, legal, struggle to get this done. However, I told you all I would be as transparent as possible.<\/p>\n
