The witnesses were five military personnel, who all largely agreed on the description of the &#8220;phenomenon&#8221; they saw, and were from the 625th Aircraft Control and Warning Squadron.<\/p>\n<p>Although the report is not long, nor is it very detailed, it indicates that it was classified SECRET when it was chronicled in a letter dated 8 May 1950. The subject was &#8220;Report of Unusual Occurrence&#8221; and as of the writing of this page, it is unclear where this letter might be.<\/p>\n<p>A quick cross reference to the officially declassified files of Project Sign, Project Grudge, and Project Blue Book, does not show this UFO encounter was within it. The Ladd AFB encounter, occurred 5 days later on the 10th, and appears to be unrelated.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_13768\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13768\" style=\"width: 1130px\"
