There have been different releases of it throughout the years, based on various security reviews.<\/p>\n<p>The Black Vault first received it in 2013, seeking information on Khalid Sheikh Mohammad. A MDR request was filed in 2018, but the document was involved in litigation, so my request was denied until the litigation was complete. After a while, I filed again in November of 2020.
