This time, it was reported to be flying around at approximately 6,000 feet.<\/p>\n<p>The Black Vault had filed FOIA requests in relation to both events. Documents relating to the first event can be seen at the link above. The records relating to the October sighting, are found below.<\/p>\n<p>Within the records, an animation is referenced but inaccessible.
