response could still have been legitimately &#8220;no records.&#8221; Why? I submitted it in October of 2017 on a hunch after seeing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=K3LBTGVIAZs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Luis Elizondo<\/a>, and his testimony, claiming to be a former employee of OSD. OSD&#8217;s denial was in August of 2018. The four pages could theoretically have been created after August 2018.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s it all mean and what&#8217;s in the four pages?<\/p>\n<p>Is it about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblackvault.com\/documentarchive\/u-s-army-releases-crada-with-to-the-stars-academy-of-arts-science\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRADA<\/a>? Is it about the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblackvault.com\/documentarchive\/afosi-investigation-into-unauthorized-release-of-three-ufo-videos-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UAP Video Leak investigation<\/a>?
