Barr submitted the final report of the President\u2019s Commission on Law Enforcement and the Administration of Justice to the White House. \u00a0This report represents the first comprehensive study of law enforcement in more than 55 years.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em><strong>On Oct. 28, 2019, President Donald J.
