<p>Although this document had been released before, in February of 2018, I requested a &#8220;Mandatory Declassification Review&#8221; (MDR) of the record to see if I could get some of the blacked out information released.  Although it wasn&#8217;t much, once the MDR was completed in August of 2018, it had a little less redaction.  I will still consider that a win!</p>
