Opposing Force is based at Nellis AFB. Most people have heard of them as the soldiers who live, train, and fight like our enemies. There is a little more too them then that, but they are important to understanding "Area 51". Which is actually called Paradise Ranch, which is not any kind of secret... it's what everyone called it until the "Re-Boot" of the UFO story in the early 1980's. A lot of people shortened it to just "The Ranch", but this has always been it's real name. I'll get to Paradise Ranch later, but I mentioned OPFOR now to tell all you people interested in UFOs about the what can often be the BEST way of thinking about UFOs. It's a "tool" that you can use, from us "gamers".
"Turn The Chess Board Around". Like OPFOR, look at the world through the enemy's eyes or, in this case, put yourself into the UFO and think about it again as the UFO pilot.
Doing this is what made me arrive at what I think about the "recent" Nimitz Encounter case. I haven't kept up with UFO's since the mid 1990's, I retired shortly after my last big "War" with Phil which began the night of the Phoenix Lights Case, which was the last battle of the 8 year long war between Phil & I, haha. I'll tell that story later because it's a long one and is connected to two other things. But the Nimitz case caught my attention as "The 21st Century Roswell, the first really huge UFO incident in terms of us having a lot of details about it.
One thing that jumped out at me were the two "Naval Officers" who arrive to take the tapes... DIA. That's obvious. They can pose as anyone in the government or military, "Men in Black" can be "naval officers" and that's who would come to get that stuff.
The second thing is something I noticed when I "Turned The Chessboard Around" and looked at it from their perspective. All of a sudden I saw a good reason for "Why" they would be doing this. It's just an idea, of course, but an American carrier group has, by far, the best capability on the planet to detect, track, and intercept them. If they can toy with an American carrier group, they can be certain that there isn't anything on this planet that is a threat to them. That must be what we are doing!
Jinker Pinker had two "teaching phrases" that he used a lot... "Ya' Folla?", "See how that works?"
