Hillary Clinton says barring any national security risk, she would like to open up the government files on Area 51 to the public if she is elected president.

Never ever happen. Just garnishing believer votes.
Unless a saucer lands in the middle of Washington DC (and even then the govt will call it mass hysteria caused by swamp gas and an off course and ancient Project Mogul balloon that's been airborne for 65 years) it will never happen.

I'm the author of the old "Alien Experience Revealed" thread. It is a true story about my unsolicited experiences with EM exposure (visual and irradiated) perhaps by the NSA, KGB, ATT etc. or combination thereof.
Hillary Clinton knows part if not all of my story. She probably couldn't reveal many things because EM intelligence and UFOology are probably intermixed deliberately.
I do not believe that we have evidence of UFOs. But the enormous mathematical probability of there being other life out there demands us to expect it.

They can even simulate an UFO invasion or a mass sighting by using "project blue beam" or something similar...
by the way, I'm reading the book "The Day After Roswell" from Col. Philip J. Corso and if those claims are true and those events really happened, then people really have to wake up

"barring any national security risk, she would like to open up the government files on Area 51"
There is an easier and better way. Just remove the ridicule factor associated with "UFOs". Proclaim that UFOs are a scientific problem rather than a military or security problem (which is supposedly the government's position anyways). Offer some university funding to investigate UFO propulsion PHYSICS to make the hand-off credible. (PLEEEEZEE , we do NOT need more studies on sightings!) At this point the "shadow physics community" can come out of the woodwork and make real progress on this topic (universities really cannot handle it)
There are many, many UFO sightings showing "black halos" associated with UFOs. These are of interest because similar effects can be produced in a laboratory. Circa 1911 George Samuel Piggott conducted experiments with a wireless telegraph apparatus that produced very similar black halo effects in a laboratory setting. The black halos were plainly evident and there were also inexplicable levitation effects. ( http://scripturalphysics.org/4.....ggottLinks ) Tesla saw similar "black band" and "black streamer" effects during his experiments at Colorado Springs. Strange physical forces were also evident.
The black halos, coupled with Piggott's experiments, offer solid clues about how UFO propulsion systems operate (discussed later on in the same article). This kind of thing could be studied up close and personal in a laboratory. What we learn about the science and technology could be quite valuable.
Example2: UFOs (UAPs) use a type of physics that is different from that taught in the schools. It is known to physicists, but only in the limited (but still important) form of quantum mechanics. We need to see more publications like: "Beyond Einstein: non local physics" by Brian Fraser (2015)
The free, 22 page paper is about PHYSICS (not UFOs) and can be downloaded from: http://scripturalphysics.org/4.....stein.html The .html file gives a link to the .pdf file but the former has additional information, and many more links and insights.
