I debated whether or not to comment on this or just let it speak for itself.

i was never a fan of John or his show. I was in violent disagreement most of the time, but I’m in full agreement with him here. It’s unbelievable that the US government still has not helped these people. I’m not a fan NYC but right is right and wrong is wrong. And it’s this country’s obligation to help these people. This is a failure of government. This transcends politics.

But then the US government has had many failures like this. My father, like many others, was forced to participate in atmospheric nuclear testing, and was exposed to radioactive fallout. What did he get? Nothing, and that was after the government admitted wrongdoing. What did he die of? Well cancer of course.

in fact, when have you seen the US government succeed where it was needed? I can’t remember it. And look at this country’s problems today, like immigration, health care, hell, even national defense. Look at the so-called war on terror!  What terror?  You mean the completely open southern border? It’s all a scam. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were a scam.

I tell you what, I never once in my life appeared in court against Congress and I predict that never shall I find myself inside that circumstance. I can't imagine the pressure. Glad this ain't me.

There's a time in every man's life when has to make tough choices.
