I've had Experiences that weren't drug induced. I'm just now finding out how to deal with the "shit" that's been happening to me my entire life. Most people have no idea what I go through on a daily basis. I work night shift and don't get home till 3 am and that's considered "Dead Time" ok great. That's when the spooks manifest themselves, but actually I haven't had that many experiences during that time frame. Most of my experiences have happened during daylight hours if you can believe that. I'm 48 yrs. old and the weird, unusual, ect. have been a part of my life since about the age of 10.

I found a  lot of people loved 2nd or 3rd shifts where I worked for 30 years. Make the best of your shift and learn to adjust your sleeping accordingly. Look at all the advantages you can do things in the daytime, most people on 1st shift can't.   Adjust your sleeping to match your shift, if you are having sleeping issues from your work hours, look into sleeping disorders, sleep apnea, not getting a good nights sleep.
