Hello Frodo, glad to see you drop in once in a while, you have actually been doing this quite a long time here.  Where are you actually from, do you have a particular religion you choose?  Curious if you have a regular day to day job and life, an regular member of some local church?

You know who came up with the idea of going to heaven when you die?  It was Marduk.  He told his human slaves that if they followed him and obeyed him, when they died he would take them to heaven.  Looks like it worked. Others followed his lead and made the same promise. These same people created religion as a tool to control humans, and incorporated this same promise, but that took on a life of its own. In the end humans believe pleasant fictions.

So humans had two choices in those days, follow the ordained leader of the mission, who hated humans and wanted to keep them ignorant, or follow Marduk in his quest for domination, certain to fail, and in following Marduk they would most likely be killed. See Sodom and Gomorrah. But Marduk, along with his father Enki, the ancient Prometheus, in their quest for power advanced human civilization.

But that’s not the end of the story. God’s plan, Enki’s plan, is still underway. And I know what it is. He spent 3600 years thinking up this plan, and it’s a good one. The Serpent will have the last laugh. 3 10 60 3600 144,000, and of course 40. God is a patient man.

I am from the US.  Yes, I am a Christian by faith in Christ and His sacrifice, believing in my heart that He died and rose again, shedding His blood for my sins.  Of course I have a regular job.  I am a business owner.  Yes I belong to a local Church.  I am a Worship Leader, but also, I am an Evangelist and and Apologist.

I don't believe in heaven. I don't believe in hell. I don't believe in reincarnation. I don't believe in soul.

I fully 100% believe that we are self contained individuals whose personalities and self awareness are dependent upon our individual neurological makeup and I believe that when we die there isn't an afterlife, we simply blink into nothing like being asleep or unconscious.

Aliens, traitors and mortal enemies would oppose me and attack me but not my loved ones, my family, my countrymen or my allies.

IMHO and experience, devout atheists lack many areas of the one life we have. Hope and joy among them, and compassion for others.  They lack purpose, and have cynical views, are harsh in their beliefs, and live a life without faith of any kind.  A rather bleak outlook on life, and many times live with disdain for those who do have Faith and believe in God. Worst part is they are detached from the rest of the world spiritually, wanting to be outcasts.
